Currently this business receives a rating of 2.1 stars out of 5 and that rating is based on 39 reviews.

You must have seen that its rating is very insufficient, and it's founded on a very large number of opinions, so we can say that the valuation is very reliable. If people have bothered to rate when they've done well, is that it works.

You know that we do not usually stop to put feddbacks when these are correct and we usually do it only if we've had a problem or issue...

Dedra its me

been trying for 3 months to get Dr. Lundin to send my psych eval to my Dr. so I can get my surgery scheduled. Worse ever!!!

I have been calling for 3 months trying to schedule an appointment for my daughter who is disabled/autistic. No one ever answers the phone and the one time they did they put me on hold and never picked back up. They have left me voice mails but I am a teacher and cannot always answer the phone if I have students in my classroom, and when I call back after school no one answers. I called today and finally someone answered. I told her I wanted to make an appointment and she transferred me, even though I pushed 1 for appointments. Someone picked up and asked me if I needed directions. I said no, was transferred again, and no one ever picked up. I hung up and called back and tried to explain to the woman who answered that I had been trying to call for 3 months. She was one of the rudest people I have ever talked to and continuously interrupted me. You would think I would have gotten an "I am sorry about that" but no. I finally got an appointment and will edit my review if my experience with the doctor is better, but he will have to be pretty phenomenal to make up for the completely incompetent, rude office staff.

Dr Vyverberg is one of the worst psychiatrists I’ve had. I saw her 3 times & she showed no interest in getting to know me, & that was solidified when she completely forgot who I was during one appointment. The people in the front office, on many occasions, totally forgot to actually check me in & then acted annoyed when I made them aware of this, half an hour after my scheduled appointment. If yr looking for a psychiatry team, do not go here. They are all about the money rather than patient respect & care. Maybe the other doctors are better, but I can’t see that being a truth based on my experience. I’ve had other people express their distaste for Vyverberg as well & should have heeded their warnings. She is more about putting you on more medicines than getting down to the root of the problem. Like I said, she has no interest in actually getting to know her patients & seeing red flags.

I am absolutely SHOCKED! I just called and spoke with Lynn and she is EXTREMELY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL!! Total attitude with patients very unprofessional! Dr Marsha Vyverberg is amazing, a very nice doctor!! This Lynn lady has completely turned me off! I will definitely be finding somewhere else. If your reading this- maybe you shouldn’t have an attitude towards patients who ran out of medication. I did miss my appointment and need to reschedule, however to talk to me the way you did was absolutely unacceptable! You have NO IDEA what I am going through and for you to talk to a patient the way you did is DISGUSTING!

I have multiple physical handicaps including movies in and hard of hearing which make transportation very difficult for me. I'm technically considered deaf blind, but do not like that label. I do the best I can't to be independent, but I live in North woolmarket which further complicates my transportation. I had an appointment with this group and had to cancel the first time due to medical reasons, my hearing aids were being repaired, and the second time I canceled it due to lack of transportation. Both times I called well within 24 hours at my appointment time to let them know I would be unable to make the scheduled appointment. I was not rescheduled again because I was told after two cancellations they did not see patients. It saddens me that someone in a mental health professional refuses to help those in most need because they have problems instead of being compassionate with their situation and helping them work through it. Very disappointed.

The staff and therapists are absolutely wonderful! My experiences here have always been very professional and very helpful. Scheduling is easy and done for the next apt before I leave my current one. I can not say enough great things about the doctors here!

John Perry

Office manager will over talk you... her way or no way..

Gretchen Baber

I had to cancel my son's appointment. I left a message for them to reschedule and a week later still no call back to reschedule so I left another message stating that. Finally another week later someone finally called and left a message on my phone. I called back 10 mins later and could not get through. I loved our nurse practitioner but I think we will have to switch because this new practice she has switched to is horrible about getting patients in.

I can’t speak for anyone else, but my experience each time at bridgewater has been Awesome!!! I love the whole staff! I really feel like bridgewater is my extended family!!!! My life has been so much better!!!

I called to make an appt with a certain NP, who was recommended to me by my current NP who can’t see outpatients anymore. The person who answered the phone stated they needed a referral and wouldn’t review it until the beginning of August (which I kind of understand). When I asked him who else was in the office (I prefer to see a woman), he told me he had people at his window and couldn’t help me “right now.” I never write reviews but I feel this is unacceptable and my call is just as important as the people at the window.

I attended a visit with my mother who is a client. While waiting for a document which took literally an hour to do, the front desk staff blatantly got rude with her and another client asking for a similiar task to be done. They waited until their sliding glass was closed to continue to voice their opinions on “these people.” They have no respect nor hospitality I HIGHLY advise their managing staff to consider alternative staffing at the front desk. They do not do well under direct pressure.

Brandy Jones

Very professional and nice staff, got me back quickly. I seen Scott Turner and he was very kind and spent the time needed to get my history along with the things I'm struggling with. I would definitely recommend!

Susan Durham

Horrid Staff. Placed and cancelled an appointment for my son and a year later cannot get them to acknowledge we are not and do not wish to be their customers.

Laura Kay Schneider

Caring staff. Always know my name and help whenever they can. Never been to a better place.

I really love Dr Aaron Zahedi, he is very sweet, understanding and knowledgeable. I have been seeing him a year now. His office staff are friendly, concerned about my well being and helpful in person and over the phone. . The office is new and clean.

Renee Michaels

Do you not go to this place. The office staff are not organized. And one of the office staff are very very rude. Do not go here. This place is a joke. I have had nothing but trouble every time I’ve came to this facility.

Matt Man

Not impressed. You go to Dr Stone and tell him what you want help with. He tells you in the next visit he will teach you coping skills for those issues. Then the next visit you bring up why you are there again, but he seems to have forgotten and has other things he wants to discuss and for you to work on. Basically wasting my time and gas to drive there, and he got paid for the visits that did nothin to fix why I went there. It’s like going in to the repair shop and saying my engine is knocking and when you go back in for the repair he is selling you tires, how about listening to what I want help with and forgetting your own agenda

Had a similar situation to another patient where I missed two appointments due to factors out of my control and I was told I could no longer be seen. For people that work with the mentally ill on a regular basis you'd think they'd realize that it's beyond easy for us to get distracted when we're dealing with highly stressful situations that are triggering. They also have a horrible system of communication. They call you the day before your appointment. That's it. No email, no texting, no other form of communication with the patient. When you're stuck somewhere with no cell service guess how well a reminder phone call works? It doesn't. It's 2019. There's no excuse for poor communication with patients. There was no problem with my therapist because she has an excellent system set up via texting. If you're unable to reply her office will cancel your appointment so you don't have a missed appointment. She actually has some mercy, compassion, and understanding for her patients and how their illnesses affect them.

Spent an entire month trying to get an appointment with my doctor and therapist. Every time i would call, i would get voicemail and they would never return my call. It took my primary doctor calling them for them to actually get me an appointment. I stopped going after this instance, also because I moved to Hattiesburg. A couple of week ago, i needed documents for college, and they did not send them until I called TWO WEEKS later. When I called, they were very rude and demeaning, treating me like I was stupid and cutting me off. The doctor and therapist I saw were good, but the front desk is not work the effort. The new place i go to in Hattiesburg has answered all my calls within the first couple of rings, is so super sweet every time i have a problem, and actually care. You really see the awfulness of Bridgewater once you go somewhere else.

Dr. Burrowes and Dr. Vyverberg are just AWESOME!!! I have great experiences each time I visit. The staff is incredible. I am very impressed with the professionalism this office shows. It really is a good feeling knowing that you are surrounded by such caring people. I really appreciate everything.

Dr. Stone & Marsha are phenomenal! For the first time I feel like I am getting help compared to other therapists who likes to just sit there and listen and not be proactive in your treatment. There was only one person on the staff I had a problem with but the Office Manager was phenomenal in resolving the issue I had with this person. I would very, very recommend Bridgewater Psychiatry for your emotional needs.

Mama Luigie

I have been going to Dr. Marsha Vyverberg for years and have never had issues with staff. Now the manager they have doesn't allow communication between the patient and the Dr. She refuses to give messages from the patient to the Dr. She shows no compassion or concern for the patient. Unfortunately, I would not recommend going to this clinic because you will have issues with the manager keeping you from your Dr.

Clint DeGroff

Getting help through the doctors at Bridgewater couldn't be easier. The staff is very professional. The building and offices seem new and are kept very clean, neat, and orderly. We've visited several times and always get the same professional consistent care each visit. Considering some reviews may have come from those who also need help, I would recommend seeing it for yourself.

Crystal Oliver

These people have always treated my child and I with kindness and respect. The doctor was very nice and seemed to genuinely care about my son.

Bre Nicole

This is my experience with Dr. Marsha, I went many times explaining what my issues were with & I just felt like she wasn’t all there trying to understand my struggles. She isn’t the worst doctor but I defintely can’t recommend her to those who deal with severe anxiety and depression. She did not help me at all. I go next week to start with Dr.Scott Turner and will follow up with y’all on how I feel he is towards me and my illness.

Lynn Mulherin

I drove my sister to her appointment today, I am sitting in the lobby as I write this! Her appointment was at 3:30 and we still have not been seen. I worked for a doctor and understand that things can get crazy and behind. However, I would check on my patients and let them know that they had not been forgotten. I would offer them water and a snack. We will be missing my nieces volleyball game. I am very disappointed in the doctors and staff for dropping the ball. I would never recommend this office to anyone and I will also review them on other social media. The worst part is if we reschedule right now to be able to make it to her daughter's game she will still have to pay for today's visit. Come on people get it together. So heads up people I started writing this review at 4:30 it is now 4:41 and guess who is still waiting!!!!

Renee Brawley

I had to call and cancel an appointment for my son about an hour before my appointment time due to a family emergency. I have been trying to reschedule and they won't return my calls!!

For the love of god, avoid this place at all costs. I called 9 days ago and did a 'new patient pre-screening' over the phone to see if the nurse practitioner would take me on as a patient (really?!) I decided to give this place a chance because of its location, despite the horrible reviews (things happen...). I called back today because I had not heard from them. They had no record of me and the receptionist sounded like she had no idea what was going on. She asked for my number so she could call me back once she found someone to help her. One star is still rating this place too highly.

Julie Guerra

If I could give a negative star rating I would. First time I went I was told problem with my Insurance and they could not see me. Finally got an appointment and unfortunately had to cancel. Was told no more appointments because I had canceled 2×. Not True. I never even filled out paperwork or received anything on Office procedures. Rude staff at front desk.

Samantha Wilkins

Okay so obviously if I am trying to make an appointment for first time patient with high anxiety and depression you would think the front desk clerk would be extremely helpful and patient! Tried to make an appointment and Lynn was so rude!!!! Automatically said they did not take my insurance but she didn't even ask for my plan to double check. Did not offer for me to see anyone and said "None of MY therapists are in network with SAS" Okay so maybe I will pay out of pocket for the expense? BTW I looked up my plan and there is 1 psychologist and 1 psychiatrist at HER center that are in network UGH!!!! Terrible service and I didn't even get to see a physician.
