. My therapist never showed up they kept giving me excuses I waited for over two hours then they try to talk about me in front of me. As if I wasn't there. I will never recommend this place to anybody

Stay away from this place! After 2 missed appointments clinic dropped me with 1 refill of medications. I could also hear conversations in the psychiatrists office and had to tell receptionist about this breach of privacy. Don't go to this clinic!

Don’t bother, this place is a joke. Front staff lost paperwork multiple times and is completely incompetent. Huge mistake going here. Got 1 star because that is as low as it goes.

Went here for medication management only, was told I would HAVE TO see one of their therapist instead of my own choice somewhere else or they will not treat me. Reception desk ladies are all rude and never smile! D-

Dangerous place. Unethical Care. Horrible scheduling. The following is the experience my husband had. 1. I was ready to have my first appointment and they called to cancel it TWO HOURS before it was scheduled. They told me it would take three more weeks to get in. 2. I went into my appointment at the beginning of November. The Dr. prescribed me a new medication and told me to schedule an appointment for two weeks from then. The receptionist told me that I couldn’t get in until four weeks from then. 3. The Dr. told me that I did not need to see a therapist at that point in time. The receptionist told me that I had to see a therapist before she could schedule me for my next appointment. I did schedule an appointment with a therapist. 4. At my therapy appointment, the therapist noted that I had a psychiatry appointment coming up on November 30th. I never scheduled an appointment on November 30th, I was told I couldn’t get in until December 30th and I scheduled for that day. The therapist showed me the appointment scheduled on her computer. I confirmed this again with the receptionist at that location, and was very clear asking about November 30th since I thought this was strange. The receptionist did confirm that I did indeed have an appointment on November 30th. 5. On my way to the November 30th appointment, which two people confirmed with me, I called to say I would be a few minutes late due to traffic. I was told they did not see an appointment for me on the schedule. I told them what had been going on, and they told me my Dr. was sick. In that case, they needed to call me and let me know that my appointment was canceled; I should not have found this out while on route to my appointment and only because I called them. 6. I asked when my next appointment was, and they told me I did not have one scheduled. I never canceled my appointment. They said they did not see an appointment for me. Then I was told I can’t get in until the following month. This is very concerning to me because my Dr. started me on a new medication. She told me to see her in two weeks. Now my next scheduled appointment was 8 WEEKS from my original appointment; that is 6 WEEKS longer than my Dr. asked. The medication had side effects – I felt like I couldn’t think straight and I was forgetful. It had an effect on my anxiety, but not to the extent that the Dr. and I had hoped. I am a patient. Patients need to talk to their doctors when they start a new medication for the purpose of monitoring and making any adjustments necessary, either in dosage or in a change of medication. This is a mental health clinic, and it is extremely concerning to me that I have been put through this on top of my debilitating anxiety and physical health symptoms. I am in a vulnerable position due to my health, and I came to you for help and guidance. I feel like I have been thrown aside and that everything I have described shows great irresponsibility and unsafe practices on the part of your clinic.

This place is shady. After what I went through here, I'd never go back. My advice? Stay away and find a better mental health clinic! This place should be reported....

OMG.... don't waste your time w/this place, the Maplewood location, in particular... Didn't like the way the "therapist?!" (Jacob Zimmerman) talked to me. He was rude, accusatory and unprofessional, even tried accusing me of numerous things in a condescending tone. He started asking me strange questions completely unrelated to why I was even there... questions like how I had gotten the job I had at the time, ect.) Just totally unprofessional and unrelated to what I was even there for! I was a rape and assault victim and with the way he talked to me, he should have been NOWHERE NEAR any patients (he also should NOT be employed as a therapist)... He was SUPPOSED to refer me to a psychiatrist after several visits where he made light of my situation, which he never even bothered to do, after wasting my time for several weeks. After I realized he/this place, was a scam and completely stopped going there, they sent me a huge bill in the mail. I filed a complaint with the BBB and opted not to pay the bill, as he never even referred me to a psychiatrist, like he was SUPPOSED to do. Long story short, he completely wasted my time for over a month....DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME GOING HERE!!!

I suggest NOT going here for treatment. I was treated awfully over several visits by J. Zimmerman (he's VERY strange, BTW). He was extremely incompetent and completely wasted my time when I made the mistake of going there. He even started arguing with me over one of the visits! I asked for one thing and got something else, completely. Watch out for this place and for him!

My therapist sent me to this clinic to receive meds for depression/anxiety/ptsd. I was denied medication for anxiety attacks because I was honest and admitted to currently using cannabis to help with anxiety attacks. In addition, the "med person" asked me to take a blood test for vitamin deficiencies, and to make sure I wasn't lying about not using other drugs. I see my personal physician 4 times a year, and my therapist on a bi-weekly basis. Both of them are dumbfounded about how I was treated at this location.

The providers I see here are by far the best I've ever had, and the receptionist is always friendly and helpful.
