I do not recommend going here for care, not even urgent care. I brought my daughter in to the ER and she was currently having a seizure (she's never had them before). The receptionist got an attitude with me and my husband because we said we needed to see a doctor right away. It was like she was being bothered for doing her job. The nurse was so FRICKEN slow, WHILE my baby was currently convulsing! finally, the doctor took about 5-10 minutes to service us!! there was a reason we went to the ER. They all just acted burden with our presence and were very rude. The doctor told us to go home and give her fluids........IT WAS A SEIZURE!!! please please please do not go to this hospital if you want caring, nice, prompt people to help you. Me and My husband did have to file a formal complaint.

Terrible customer service, 50% of the time nobody answers the phone and the other 50% percent of the time when a receptionist picks up they apparently don't have the authority to make an appt. You will be sent to the schedulers voicemail(because she's never there) and you are guaranteed to never get called back. Over all these people have a negative attitude and run their business in a very poor manor. I highly recommend going elsewhere for your mental health needs.

Wow I wouldn't let enemy go there Hutchinson mn hospital worse place ever . Doctors don't know anything they unprofessional and very disrespectful doctors and nurse's please people if u wanna get better go to real clinic or hospitals. They 're noting big joke ....

Have been waiting for an appointment for a long time and there was a three car pile up which made ten minutes late. I have side effect from my meds this was disregarded.

We just moved to the area a few months ago. We have seen a few pediatricians, been to the ER and urgent care. Everytime we have had a good experience and were treated promptly. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable.
