We appreciated the small, hands on approach taken at Aris. We could tell they cared even when some of what was recommended was difficult to hear.

Sister went here and had a horrible experience. After asking for new medication without an answer for a week, we complained and kicked us out! Don’t come here

This clinic is a sorry excuse for mental health care. The staff are poorly trained and it is a wonder to me what could possibly make these people qualified. To make things worse, there is a wide range of age groups at Aris, which makes it impossible to treat patients appropriately according to their age. The mental health issues that small children suffer from and the mental health issues adolescents suffer from are completely different. A seventeen year old with social anxiety shouldn't have to listen to a five year old's screaming and crying all day long, and a seven year old child suffering from trauma from abuse shouldn't have to watch as angered teenagers swear at the staff, begging for a cigarette or a blunt to dull the pain of being in such a despicable institution. The actions taken against 'insubordinate' patients are in nearly every circumstance unjust and unprofessional, and the staff are incapable of handling even the mildest of cases without calling the authorities for help. Patients there are over medicated and under cared-for. My associate who was at one time a patient at Aris clinic was put though far more than necessary in order to cure her of her condition, and her condition has only deteriorated since she went there. But by far the worst thing about Aris clinic is one staff member in particular. Chad Cartier, the 'Director of Psychotherapy' whatever that means, is a terrible man with terrible judgement, a man who thinks it's better to send someone directly to a psych ward when they have a mental breakdown rather than allow them to talk it through with a therapist they trust. He is disrespectful, unprofessional and entirely repulsive. Please, for your own sake, do not choose Aris for you or your child. It will only do them harm.

Helpful and friendly staff

I went there the kids in there shouldn't have been in there they had simple problems and all they needed was a friend. The staff there are amazing they are very kind excepted for 2 the treat you like you know nothing and that your opion dosent matter. I had a friend in there and they sent her to higher care because she said to the "Doctor" that she has been fighting with her mom and she didn't like her. My own experience here it was ok I didn't like the doctor she put me on Sefer medication for depression and anxiety. The doctor or theripst there I recommend that she get throwers out she talk to the kids for five minutes talk about there day and sends them on There way and try's to make a diagnosis off that I went there for a concussion and couldn't be put in regular schooling with out a social worker thretoning to send me to treatment. I don't suggest putting your child in here for the sure fact that they won't be treated correctly. To add on top of that they have a time out room and put your children in it one is all tile no sets and you get a mat to sit on and a mior the other is a white room with carpet. Also they made me go through with drals of a medication I needed for dislexia and add and adhd. There food there is all vegetarian and gross you don't want to eat that food and if it dosent have meat in it like rice it will be brown rice. I know some people might like that but for people like me it was difficult especially because I'm lactose intolerant. That's all I have to say about that horrible place.

As a licensed psychologist, I have had the opportunity to consult with ARIS for over five years and the staff has always shown the utmost professional judgment and integrity. Parents of children and adolescents with emotional and behavioral health issues can feel overwhelmed during crisis situations. They can be relieved to know that ARIS is a creative and comprehensive behavioral health program and that they will be in good hands.

Our daughter was very depressed when she started at Aris. The treatment there helped her get back to school. We are so thankful we found Aris!

We are so grateful for the investment everyone at Aris made in not just our child but our entire family. The staff was caring, involved, concerned and helped greatly...even after discharge. Thank you!!!

It's been an honor to be a part of such an amazing team and witness first hand the life changing impact on kids and their families participating in the Intensive Outpatient Program. It's rewarding to receive thank you cards from patients and their families who appreciate the work that our team does to help kids and their families achieve healthy and stable lives.

As an ARIS technology partner, I’ve had the pleasure of visiting with the clinic almost monthly over the past few years. Every time I go back, I’m reminded of how much I enjoy working with the staff at the facility. Of course, the facility is beautiful, set in a gorgeous location and very well maintained. But the heart of the practice is its wonderful, warm staff, who care about everything they work on and take personal pride in their results.
