You will not find better outpatient services anywhere else. Shirley Martinez is an amazing therapist who is dedicated to the well being of her clients. She is professional, knowledgeable, and compassionate. I have been with her many years. You feel safe the minute you walk in the door. Dr.Thakur is a wonderful Psychiatrist who is also very knowledgeable and compassionate. I wouldn't trust anybody else.

They charged us for a bunch of appointments we don't remember ever making or going to, and threatened to go to the credit bureau. They counted them as no call/no shows and red flagged us so we couldn't be seen at all. So don't bother here, literally anywhere else would be more worth your time.

Horrible appointment with Quadri. To be told I was too old to be asking for help because I made it through life this far. I left there feeling worse and more embarrassed than anything from his condescending remarks. I should have known as soon as he said He maybe labeled as a psychiatrist but he is doesn't play by the plan like one. Can't believe I waited 2 months to get into this facility to be treated like a joke...

This place is a joke. The lady at the desk was rude as can be. My daughter is struggling with a lot and suicidal and instead of finding her resources and trying to help. My daughter was scheduled through Oaklawn and this lady pretty much treated her like she was a complete liar . Then pretty much yells out how they don't even take her insurance and tells her to go to the emergency room. Well thanks for the advice she had a fear they would just admit her and that wasn't an option for her due to her having a 2 month old. Now my daughter doesn't even want to get help for fear they will all be like that. Ugh
