I have been with Dr Gresham for years, and he is an exceptional Dr! He is prompt with appointments which is a lost art in the world of Dr’s. He is kind, compassionate, extremely knowledgeable, and I feel safe in his hands. His staff is so kind and caring. They are always quick to refill meds. His office is clean and modern and there are complementary refreshments. My son and I travel 45-50 minutes to see him and wouldn’t go to anyone else.

I have been seeing Dr. G for years, since he was over in Troy. Unfortunately this new(er) office does not take my insurance but he is still worth the cash price and 40 minute drive. Great guy, very thorough and easy to talk to.

I scheduled an appointment for tomorrow a few weeks back they called me today the day before saying they’re having issues with the insurance company and as a courtesy they can take me in as a cash patient tomorrow for only $160 or see me November 9th when the issue clears up, needless to say didn’t even make it past the door before they lost me as a client

We made an appointment for our daughter after switching to the insurance they told us we needed, only to be told THE DAY BEFORE THE APPOINTMENT that they do not take it. The receptionist was completely rude and was pretty much “Sorry about your luck but we can set you up as a cash patient”. These guys are about as unprofessional as you can possibly get. I wouldn’t take my dog to these inept, rude, and flat out lying people. You have been warned. Go elsewhere if you care about your mental health needs.

I’ve been a patient for about two years and I absolutely love Dr. Gresham and all of his staff!! Everyone is so friendly, nonjudgemental and welcoming. It’s such a clean and inviting office, which is hard to find this day and age. Most times you just feel like “another number” but that’s never the case here. I highly recommend Michigan Mental Wellness!!

These people deserve to be sued for medical malpractice. Dr. Sarah Riehl, who knew nothing about my illness, gave me some mystery test pill. I just wanted a second opinion on my diagnosis. She gave me a pill that wasn't even prescribed to me. I started acting very strange minutes after I took this pill. Sort of like someone was electrocuting my brain. I began to dance around the lobby like a weirdo. I put in my headphones and it got even worse. She then "petitioned" me to go to the hospital. I was not suicidal, and I TOLD HER THAT. Usually saying you are suicidal is a free ticket to the ER. But I told her I wasn't suicidal. And I told her literally 3 TIMES that the last place I wanted to be was the hospital. I just needed a friend to pick me up, but no one answered. The only thing I said to this 'Doctor' Riehl was, "I think I am headed toward mania" because of my previous diagnosis of bipolar disorder. Then her receptionist called the cops because I was acting odd after she gave me some weird pill I had never heard of in my life. After calling my friends and family, no one answered the phone. No one picked me up from the facility, so I was sent directly to the hospital for NO reason whatsoever. I don't even know if She called ANY of my contacts because she sent be to the lobby to "hang out" after I took this weird tester pill. 'Doctor' Riehl didn't LISTEN to me. She had the police take me away from the facility and into a nearby ER at Beaumont Hospital in Farmington Hills. I sat in the bed in the ER for 7 hours until my parents finally showed up. The staff at the ER seemed to not care, probably because I was in the process of obtaining Medicaid (so I wouldn't be able to pay for all the overpriced testing they do. I don't have much money.) The nurse seemed to be blocking me in my room so I couldn't get out. Idiots.

I was extremely disappointed when I lost him as my psychiatrist because of my new insurance that the office won't accept. If I ever get the right insurance, I want to work with Dr. Gresham again!

Every aspect of this business has proven to be an exceptional experience. The waiting room is well furnished with modern amenities. The doctor stays current on the available treatments and never makes you feel awkward. The office staff is always friendly and smiling. If you have any reservations about booking an appointment, set them aside and do it. You will not regret it.

Dr. Gresham is an amazing doctor. He really cares about his patients and their well being. I have been seeing him since before he had his own practice and I would recommend him to anyone in need. Dr. Gina is also fantastic. She is a wonderful therapist and really listens to you and gives you appropriate and helpful feedback. This is a great place to help you maintain your mental health and keep it up at a level where it needs to be.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would my husband saw Sarah Rieh for awhile and he has had countless issues with her she refused to tell him symptoms for the medications he was taking he always kept telling her that he thought the medications were not working and they were messing with him in weird ways. Last week he had a seizure and the hospital told us he should NEVER take the medications at the same time they can cause serious issues!!! This women clearly doesn’t know what she is doing. Also they won’t give him his medical records to give to the neurologist!!!
