I absolutely just wanna say. That Bethann is a solid employee. In the Watertown clinic. Whenever there's a problem. Especially emergency issues she's always been right there too solve that issue. Very kind warm hearted soft spoken. That goes along way with me. As I'm sure other patients feel the same. Her hospitality & Professionalism Has helped us through struggles we all know very well. Saying that Bethann has grown too love all. Puts a smile on my face when you're medical facility can help. That's how all people in the medical field should be. And Bethann has proven that too me. This Medical office has been very helpful to me. I have been suffering from symptoms for a long time and numerour doctors were not able to help me. Every medication I tryed would give me side effect that overpowered the efficacy or just did not work. I felt hopeless and helpless. First time I saw Dr. Lender she siad: " I have good news for you. Next week we are getting a new machine for an innovative treatment, which offers excellent results with no side effects". I was the very first patient to get the TMS treatment and it was super effective. My symptoms got much better and NO SIDE EFFECTS! My therapist Tanya was just a pleasure to work with and everybody in the office was very supportive and friendly. I highly recommend this medical office and the TMS treatment. I can not say enough to express my appreciation to Dr. Natalie Lender and her staff. Thank you very much!

This place is so amazing...with their help my fiance and I were able to develop the strongest possible case against DCF , making sure we are protecting my son from any psychological or emotional. I would like to personally thank the office manager Welson Pierre for being a strong advocate for my family as well as providing the best personalized care possible. Welson really makes you feel that your are the only client that Square Medical Group has and that they would go to the ends of the earth for you and they did. Also the Doctors are amazing especially Doctor Cynthia Carter who is nothing short of amazing, she always takes the time to listen as well as works with you rather than having a feeling of "your in a doctors office and it's a sterile environment." She definitely went above and beyond for my family and she really believes in giving the "forgotten people" a second chance, never once did I feel judged or pushed aside. I could go on and on about Square Medical Group but ill stop here but if your looking for anything as far as a medical center there is no other choice Square Medical Group is the only choice. Square medical group, from top to bottom is the best experience I’ve had at a doctor’s office. The staff out front are so friendly and helpful. They actually remember you and ask you how you are doing. Becky is so kind and no matter how busy she is, she is always willing to answer a question or help you with insurance/pharmacy issues. Finally, Dr. Carter is the most professional, educated, well informed, kind, and compassionate doctor I’ve ever had. I have been a patient at Square Medical in Watertown for a few years. I am pleased with my treatment with Dr. Carter but where this medical group excels is their staff. The day I called for my first appointment I was anxious and Sharon was patient, kind and talked to me for a while. The front desk staff continues to treat me with dignity and they are busy but I never feel rushed. I have had the pleasure to meet and have Bethann assist in my care. The most amazing thing about her is she answers her phone! Whenever I have called with questions or concerns I never have felt like an inconvenience. She makes time to listen to me and has never failed to follow through with anything I need. Whether it is an issue with medication or an appointment she is dependable, respectful and I feel like she truly cares about me. Again, the staff is amazing

I just felt it very necessary to give a review, for how my experience has been here and who’s assisted me. Sharon - at the front desk- has been so helpful, kind, understanding and patient! Jackie - has always been very helpful regarding any medication/medical questions, as well as being available if any medication issues came up! Dr. Chakrabarti and Pat Larson are wonderful and acknowledge any problems I had brought up, while coming up with helpful solutions. Welson has also been great and is very helpful/pleasant regarding the administrative side of things. I’m very happy with my experience here and thankful for the team that’s made that happen. His name is Doctor Aidelman. Bethann is his medical assistant and the two of them together are the best team you could be on. There aren’t enough stars (on goggle anyways!) that would be enough to give so.....I guess 5 will have to do! Square is an office like non other! Bethanne, Bethanne, Bethanne! Here there and, everywhere, always willing to help wether I am looking for new therapist... she will go out of her way to jot down a few names and numbers even though she is doing a million other things or, a prior authorization that was not done, even in certain situations like when someone tries to steel my cellphone!! She takes care of it. I never have to worry, whatever the situation is, I go to Bethanne and, it’s because I know she will take care of it or help me. She knows when I am not myself and, weather it may be I need a hug or, a reality check ... she knows and, will do whatever to help. Just a couple months ago... the office was on vacation for the weekend and, I was not aware of this so, when I went to the office and, nobody was there... I panicked! And, all though she was on her vacation, she still got back to me and, helped me. But, I see her do this with every and anyone who wants or needs the help. And, it’s not in her job description she just goes that extra mile and, I truly appreciate her. I appreciate there being a unique office such as Square Psychiatry and, everyone I work with in that office Dr. Cunningham! He saved my life so... that is all that has to be said about my thoughts of Dr. Cunningham! So grateful! Sharon always so sweet and, have great conversation... even if it is for a minute or two! Dr. Chuck, always willing to see me if I need to be seen and, Dr.Cunningham is not there. Jackie, prior, prior, prior!!! Lol! Square is a team, anybody that knows what that office is all about ... knows they are great at what they do! To those who are quick to make assumptions or snap judgment, I will say this... I was on a methadone clinic for ten years annnnd, very very unhappy. I am clean and, sober today and, although I did make the decision to not want to be on a methadone clinic... Square played a huge part of making this possible. I am happy today, my son is happy today and, his father my man is happy!

Love the staff here. I have only wonderful things to say about every person I have dealt with here. Sharon at the front desk is AMAZING. Makes me (and no doubt) each patient feel important and special. Wilson is great- any "issue" that could come up, though that is rare as they are on top of everything- he treats with sensitivity and utmost importance. Dr. Labun- at first I felt unsure, but he is strict, fair and the type of physician who makes sure that you are on progessing and more importantly actually checking rx interactions (idk if ay Dr. I have seen does this) .. Now- my opinion is that he is an excellent Dr., who I feel fortunate to have treating me. Five stars from A to Z. They are no nonsense- sensitive to personal issues/needs etc. And above all else KIND!

Coming here was not a choice I made but rather a result of my previous Doctor's recommendation as he was entering into retirement. It is far for me to travel but one of the nurse's here, Jackie is amazing! She has shown me that it's okay to ask for help, she has treated me with respect and is always there to listen...never judging. She is always smiling and just talking to her for a few minutes on a bad day has snapped me back from my funk. I like Dr. Addleman a lot as well, he listens and doesn't rush you right out. He seems to genuinely care. The staff up front...they are beyond great...for me this trip from Beverly to Watertown is so worth it. The connections I have made here are irreplaceable. Been part of the Watertown location coming up on 2 years, and I couldn't be happier with my experience with the staff and the results that have finally come to fruition. I travel 45 minute, past the Weymouth location, from Whitman, once a month because I love everyone there so much. I've have some up's and down in the past two years but everyone there has stuck with me and never hung me out to dry because of it. They understood that everyone takes different roads to get to the same place (God willing!). They gave me confidence and a sense of security (when I had none myself), to get me through the my trials and tribulations along the way. Dr. Kishanlal Chakrabarti , please avoid him at any cost . I just spent 150$ out of pocket cost to see him , 5 minutes , and prescribe me the same exact medicine i told him made me sick and nauseas ! He doesn’t care about your problems , he just sits there clicking his computer and ignoring you . Terrible experience , literally spent 5 minutes in his office . Ive gotten my life back through subutex and klonopin ans other meds plus i can talk about stuff and they lisyen we had our bumps but im proud to say they didnt give up on me and in return my life i HAVE thank you

If you are in recovery and are looking help this is not the place for you. They are highly unprofessional,incapable and insensitive to patients individual situations. They dont answer the phone ever and are highly disorganized. The head person Wilson is a con artist using yyour own misfortunes to manipulate you. He has no experience and clearly is not qualified to run such a facility

This place is very unprofessional. The billing department is rude and unhelpful. They send bills to the wrong people. And send bills to other places with out your insurance info. So you have to deal with figuring it out because god for bid they have to do their job.The receptionists screen calls and they won’t answer if they remember a number of someone that they don’t want to help. If it wasn’t so difficult to change my medical program then I would in a heartbeat. This place is so frustrating. (I give it one star because they do give me the right medicine) oh but they do “forget” to authorize it sometimes. So you have to go back to square then back to the pharmacy..

I must say that in the years i have delt with any sort of medical issue never in all my experience have i had the pleasure of being assisted by such a thoughtful and diligent medical assistant such as beth anne. She went above and beyond to help me with my issue. She is both professional and caring. She gets a five star review in my book as well as nominated for sainthood lol. In all seriousness she was the reason i was able to take my trip without having to go without my medications. I commend her timly manor responding to my needs. If it wasn't for the caring, kind and understanding but encouraging staff here, I know I would not be over a year clean today. The receptionists are amazing and even though things can get so busy and hectic, they always do they're best to help me with last minute schedule mix-ups- they make sure that I can be seen as soon as possible and they go out of their way to let me know they care about me and my wellbeing! It's always a pleasure to see or talk to Sharon! I've been on the vivitrol shot on and off for 3+ years and I used to struggle with actually getting it or not. The nurse who administers my shot has absolutely influenced me time and time again in such positive ways. when I didnt care about myself or my sobriety, BethAnne showed me that she cared- when I needed it most!! She is so friendly and personable which is important to me. She has put up with my stubbornness and has seen me at my worst but she's also seen me at my best. I feel like it's these "little" people who do the biggest jobs because they can make or break an experience at a doctors office, they're the ones who deal with mad sad happy or out of control people on a regular basis with a smile on their face and only with encouraging words to offer. BethAnne, along with other nurses at square, literally keep me coming back because I know for a fact they CARE about their patients and they truly want everyone who walks into Square medical group to feel comfortable and be successful their recovery. I love square, I love my doctor Dr. Carter, I love Bethann and all the receptionists!!

I never felt like just a number more than when I went here. On my first visit, I waited 45 minutes to be seen after my scheduled time. When I went into the doctors office, I didn’t get any diagnosis, I was just put on pills and then left. You’d think they would take mental health and people will mental health issues seriously? Nope. They just see you as a simple number. I got an increase of dosage on my medication. I went from 150 to 300 ml. I went through one cycle on 300. When I went to go pick up my refill, it was on 150. I didn’t get any notice of this. My second medication I ran out before my refill, because they didn’t send the order on their end. Once again, you’d think they’d see mental health seriously? Nope. Honestly, go find another psychiatrist. They really don’t care about you here. Go find someone that is going to take you seriously.

Dr. Labun is great...If you want him to talk to you for 5 minutes, not listen to a word you say and gave you a script for some pills that make you feel weird. I never had a visit where he cared to listen to my problems for more than 5 minutes and he kept pressuring to make me take more anti anxiety drugs when my anxiety was already going away with the first drug he perscribed me and perscribed it to me even when i told him. "All this does is make me sick, I dont want it or need it because it has no affect on my anxiety." He clearly only got in this field to make money and not to help anyone. Avoid this place. 1 hour waiting times surrounded by the methadone clinic users (half of whom are making calls to their dealers in the waiting room) while you wait to see your doctor.

Beth Ann and Leagh are amazing!!! When I had an issue with my insurance and prior authorization They went to the ends of the earth and beyond to get my insurance to off the rise as qui they went to the ends of the earth and beyond to get my insurance to authorize as quick as possible what should’ve taken days was much quicker and instead of getting frustrated they were beyond helpful. Thank you Girls! And Marcy at the front desk has always been so willing and helpful to help adjust around my time schedule and get me in to be seen no matter what. Today@squremedical, in Watertown Ma, I witnessed AGAIN, the professionalism of the medical administrator, Jackie, who I think is a nurse practitioner, if she’s not she should be or a Doctor, she’s amazing, also Dr. Chakrabarti MD, Psychiatrist, THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME IVE SEEN THIER HARD WORK AND QUICK ACTION, unfortunately it’s the first time I’ve thanked them for their no nonsense attitudes, but, also, for the incessant manner in which they extinguish problems, these two “stay” resolving if not all issues and concerns, a high majority of them by that days end, issues I see taken care of ON THEIR WATCH ALL THE TIME, yes I feel they treat me special, but believe me, that’s the feeling they give to me and many others. So, I can’t say I’m a special case, not when I notice all the other people they help, Yes, I hear and have shared true gratitude from other patients, the smiles I see when their names come up in our conversations, says it all !!! Believe me!!! No, I can’t begin to tell you how many times they have both have come to my rescue on SO MANY OCCASIONS, they have been hero’s, they have taught me so much about tenacity and becoming the (persistent wrench) necessary to fix SO MANY “F”ups that take flight in this place, not daily, HOURLY!!! Jackie and DR. C, two amazing individuals that are great and powerful conduits to the success of your health and self-welfare, please recognize, this is coming from a DUDE that doesn’t usually show emotion in doctors offices, 1). Two2), that doesn’t write REVIEWS, 3) that does not bother incorporating himself inside affairs beyond his support group! Meaning, Jackie and Kishanlal have definitely made me feel, WELCOMED AND SUPPORTED. Yes, thanks to both of them, where I felt out of place from the start, i feel welcomed, when I have felt unnoticed but noticed, FOR THE WRONG REASONS, of course, these two individuals have made sure I received the support, support inspiring me to do better and accomplish, overcome and WIN, THEY DIDN’T JUST GIVE IT TO ME, I feel I earned there watchfulness, I’m sure not all those “hellos” and not all “conversations” were trusting, THEY KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING!!! They helped me overcome my doubts and overcome any negative convictions I had, while they made sure I was the “real article” ..., so now you understand, these two particular individuals, (HAVE SEEN LIFE), like you and me, they, to me, seem to be staples in my eyes, concerning this institution. NO DISRESPECT, there are other protagonist, other leaders in the fight to save lives and instill the confidence to live and succeed, their roles maybe different or behind the scenes??? Idk... However, I’ve watched both close, they work well together, they work well separately, they are interchangeable and both indispensable PROFESSIONALS, they have turned square medical into a PLACE OF OPPORTUNITY AND STRUCTURE THEY BOTH ARE AN ILLUSTRATION OF WHAT SQUARE MEDICAL SHOULD BE NOTED FOR, which is COOPERATION and SUCCESS, for me and others I’ve spoken to personally, they chisel out the grievances that used to seemingly crowd Square Medicals waiting rooms HOURLY... YEA, Listen, Jackie herself has sought me out JUST TO SAY SHE WAS AVAILABLE, as we all know, sometimes that’s all we need! Thank you all so much!!! A friend recommended this place to me because she said she called on a monday and got a doctors and psychiatrist appointment on a Wednesday back to back which was extremely convenient. I called, also on a Monday and also got back-to-back wednesday appointments for a doctor and psychiatrist. There was some problem at first getting my insurance to pay for the nurse practitioner, but the office manager, the black guy under 40, don't know his name, asked to borrow my phone, because I was allready talking to the insurance company. He asked to speak with a supervisor and had the matter cleared up in 5 minutes. I'm 52 and have run a small moving business, I've dealt with all kinds of people. This guy was fast, efficient, highly articulate and obviously a polished, consumate professional. Katherine Wolcott, the nurse practitioner I saw was pleasant, friendly, and efficient in the first visit, I did have to come back for test results and I needed probably 10 years worth of ear wax removed. The last time I can remember having it done, an Indian doctor used a vacuum to grab one big piece in 15 seconds, all done. Np Wollcott used a sprayer filled with hydrogen peroxide. This took 5-10 minutes on a friday and said I might want to schedule another appointment for monday because " you don't always get it all the first time". 20 years ago the Indian doctor got it all in 30 seconds. Ear vacs haven't fallen out of favor with doctors. There now sold to the public in CVS for 20 bucks. So lets try the ear sprayer, it result in another billable visit 3 days later, I never went back on monday and ear is still blocked occasionally. I'll buy an ear vac and do it myself. I saw Doctor Gregory Lebun the first day and was told I would have to wait for my medical records to be sent over from St. Elizabeth's. He said this could take a long time. He said, he wanted me to be retested by a doctor there, who's in every other Friday. I made 2 things perfectly clear on day one. 1. I know some doctors have some mental problem with prescribing Ritalin, especially those who's primary practice involves working with alcoholics and drug addicts. (This is the first doctors office I've seen with a white board on the wall in the waiting room listing all the support groups offered there for homeless, drug addicts and alcoholics.) I very specifically said on day 1 " If your one of those doctors who believes ADD does'nt exist and your not going to prescribe me Ritalin, which I started taking 23 years and 10 psychiatrists ago ( St.Es gets psychiatrists right out of medical school, they stay for 2 years, then move on to greener pastures) or I'd try adderall then let me know now. DON'T WASTE MY TIME, I need my medication, I sometimes move 900lb pianos up stairs which is extremely dangerous and if I'm not totally focussed, somebody working for me could get killed. I TOLD THIS TO BOTH DR. LEBUN AND THE OTHER PSYCHIATRIST WHO ADMINISTERED ANOTHER ADD TEST LAST FRIDAY which took 4 hours so I could get my ritalin script today. The second thing I told him and the psychiatrist who administered the test, was that 23 years ago, I was in Maine. I had 2 friends with me and we saw not a ufo, but an alien space ship (saucer) and we were abducted. We probably lost 3 hours. In 1999 it happened again with a different friend. In 2006 I saw a doctor silver, a sleep apnea specialist who told me I would have to wait a month to get my cpap. I told him, I'm exhausted and severely sleep deprived you might think I'm crazy, but a long time ago I was taken by aliens with 2 friends then again with another friend and I wake up feeling great afterwards. He said "nobody thinks your crazy because of that in this day and age. He said he has heard this story from too many reputable people, cops, judges, mayors etc. He told me if I think it would help go. I said maybe they can cure it. He said no, nobody cures anything anymore. When i got back, I saw Dr. Silver again and he said "did you go visit your alien friends" I said yes I did, then

The ladies in the front are always willing to help as well. Square Medical cares about your health and well being. I highly recommend going there for treatment

Very friendly all the receptionist are very nice and helpful!! They know me by name! I dont feel like a number here they care about what's going on in life. The drs are good and so isn't the other medical staff!! Great job everyone keep it up!!♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️

UPDATE ON MY EXPERIENCE: Thank you to the office staff for rectifying the issue. It was a huge misunderstanding and I appreciate the quick resolution. I am very glad we will continue our services at your facility. Paid copay, sat down. Waited 45 min. Came up to front staff, apparently never was checked in even though copay was paid. Waste of time. No respect for patients time. Called office manager to get refund since the appointment never happened. Still waiting for call back and refund.
