Front desk staff is extremely rude and unhelpful. They never answer the phone and it causes a serious issue when trying to schedule an appointment. The wait time is typically an hour, and the appointment itself lasts maybe 6 minutes. The doctors themselves are great, the staff are the worst I’ve ever encountered in the medical profession. Should clean house and start fresh for a better practice.

Dr Reimherr is very knowledgeable and caring. He is the only person I will see in that office. I have been seeing him for years and have seen him in his previous offices. He is the only psych physician I will trust. NPs, Phys assistants, & nurses are clueless. He has experienced. He actually listened and has given me the time of day. He has saved my life! He knows everything about me. I feel better after leaving his office unlike any other place I have gone. Sadly I've moved away and am seeing a young unprofessional NP. There are no doctors in my area. This NP I'm in with for 8 minutes. No way can he have any clue as to help me. I miss Dr Reimherr so much. I'm scared at what will happen to me at this new place. I think the person I see is still in his 20s!!! I really doubt he has tried any of the medications he is trying to make me switch to. I have bad reactions to them. Dr Reimherr understands what will help me and what will not. I do not like the NPs who seem to be "textbook" knowledge rather than real experience. Sheryl and Susan are quite unprofessional. As are the people doing TMS and working the office. The girl who did my TMS also works in the office. She has told me many confidential information about other patients, how one was burned and why he is depressed.. The doctor's HOME address!! She is so unprofessional! Other staff are worthless to. I was so upset over the 2 hour wait in the waiting room but it was worth it to have a doctor LISTEN. Most don't.

Ignorant people work at the front desk. I can stand coming here and waiting hour for people to ignorant people. I refuese coming here anymore, even if it means i get no medication. Its all on them.

This practice should really be put out of business. It’s dangerous how bad their customer service is. I have been trying to get my doctor to complete a prior authorization for my prescription for over a month with no response whatsoever. Today I’m told that she (Dr. Doherty) is out of the office due to a licensing issue. The receptionists are rude and it is usually impossible to get a real person on the phone when you call. I know that there is a shortage of psychologists in MA but this office is really really bad!

I certainly would never recommend this unprofessional, rude, unsympathetic, unempathetic Doctor/Nurse want to be. Honestly she doesn't even deserve a 1star review, therefore she is getting a (no star) review. This is an example of my 12 times I went to see her, and this example did in fact occur at all 12 visits ( 1 year), waste of my time, I honestly thought "it's got to get better" so optimistically I stuck it out for a little less than a year. So my example is as follows:. (1.) My appointment is at 2pm I don't get seen untill 3:30. (2.). The front desk horribly rude, ( eating, talking about other patients, as if nobody was in the waiting room, (which was highly unlikely), (3.) The so called Nurse, Doctor, which ever title Ms. Rosen chooses for that day, comes in office where you already sat 20 more minutes in addition to the 2 1/2 hours you just waited in the waiting room, so now comes the know it all that knows nothing about anything!!! She comes in eating talking with her mouth filled, with her tape recorder she holds onto so tightly and talks into it about you (the patient) , never gives you a chance to speak, she does a (hush) type of body kanguage, because God forbid you interrupt ( the weird scientist) on her recording. I am convinced she has a personal relationship with her tape recorder and not you, (the patient). She sees you for 10 minutes, just about, then proceeds with all your medication refills, and after speaking to my new Doctor, who educated me on the medications Ms. Rosen prescribed, the over dosage of 2 of the medications and the other 3 that had major negative interactions with all, the other meds she prescribed for me, quite frankly, my Doctor could not believe I was not dead, with all the medications she put me on. She had me on 3 types of sleeping aids, and a very high dose of ADHD medication prescribed (take 1pill in a.m. 1pill in afternoon and one in evening), along with an anti-depressant. Ok, so going back to what my visit consisted of, (4.). gives you your prescriptions while still stuffing her face makes your appointment and off you go only to return in 28 days to repeat the horrible experience you had. (5.) Never ever saying "goodbye" just rushes you out, while never letting go of her wife (that being her tape recorder), she is so devoted to, not you, the patient. So I am lucky to be alive, got treated or shall I say "NEVER" got treated, by a pill pusher, predator that has a loving (weird) relationship with her black recorder, should lose her license and definitely have the DEA involved in reviewing her practice and and the amounts of deaths this woman has caused to innocent individuals that were " just listening to what the DOCTOR says!!". .....yea right I'm a survivor of the "SHERRYL ROSEN deadly epidemic"......

I have had pleasure of being a patient of Dr Reimer for many years. I am a senior citizen, and have very impressed by his knowledge, expertise, and caring attitude he has provided to me. I would recommend him to anyone .He is very knowledgeable in Psychological issues, and has helped me greatly. He is polite and always explains medical terms to me .I cannot say enough about the help he has given to me.

Biggest legal drug dealer on the north shore. Has their own "drug administering clinic" on the first floor. Very quick to prescribe mood altering medication and offer NO counseling or therapy at all. He doesn't even hire enough staff to be able to schedule appointments in a timely manner. I have been waiting for over a week for call back so i can schedule my injections and was told only 1 person schedules medication injects and she is too busy to return all phone calls. I'm been without my meds for over a week, and have left 4 voicemails over a 4 days period and still no call back. But Dr. Reimer and his family are making fortune legally dealing drugs. The BIGGEST DRUG DEALER IN THE CITY. His staff gets catered lunches weekly by the pharmical reps whose medications he pushes. Kicks backs for medication prescriptions.

Don't bother making an appt. Their times WAY more important than yours. Your only the patient n the reason they have jobs? N after waiting 3 hourss n having my mouth swabbed the first visit. They were kind enough too make me wait over an hour the second one.Then i Was told theres oxycodone in my system??? Which is Not possible as it makes me violently ill! So even if u dont do it expect too be told u DO! Also the staff has all the warmth n compassion of the iceberg the titanic hit! I went in looking for help??? N was instantly labeled a druggy n felt like a criminal ! SO WRONG!!!! Was there for trauma. N left TRAUMITIZED!

If you’re scheduled at 2pm you won’t be seen until 3:15pm, I guarantee it. This place is for Lynn residents who have no resources or any other option. I’m warning you now don’t make an appointment here. The ladies behind the counter are Lynn natives who have never left the city and it shows. The wait and service here is a joke and the only reason this place stays in business is because of mass health and those on Medicaid. Dr. Sheryl Rosen intentionally double/ triple books appointments to make as much money as possible while the patient is dealt with the 1 hour plus wait time, and as soon as you enter her office she’ll give you an excuse that either her computers are slow or patients show up late. STAY AWAY

They are legal drug dealers. And that is it. The nurses don’t care about the health and well being of their patients. They care about how much money they can soak from insurance Companys including MaHealth - AKA - Massachusetts tax payers.

The people at the front have never been rude to me. The only problem is having to wait up to an hour to see your doctor. But that is not the doctors fault. If patients show up late it messes with the scheduling. Also the doctors are dealing with patients that have a mental illness. It’s not always cut and dry. Sometimes emergencies come up as well. Not all patients have patience when it comes to waiting. People sit in the waiting room complaining over and over and then come out 5 minutes later with smiles on their face. I expect to wait when I go, so I bring something to do. It’s not that bad every time. I believe they may overbook but I need night appointments and so so many other working people. That is not an easy time to get. If you have time I the morning or day time, I advise you to go then.

This is worst place to be involed with, you have to wait so long to be seen, WHY have an APPOINTMENT TIME, if it can not be met ??? I was assigned to SHERYL ROSEN, worst experience I have ever had... At first I thought it was me?? I called a girlfriend & had her listen, (wish I recorded it) anyhow, she was extremely RUDE, doesn't care if u are having issues, she just goes through her questions she has listed. I DID ask why she wouldn't listen to what I had to say & she responds with I am not a counselor ?¿? Then what are you, I asked ? I write out prescriptions ?? Hmmmm. YA OK ?? Ones u don't need, or are not doing well on !!! And takes u off of what you do NEED & DO WELL on.. She has NO compassion, NO patience & should NOT be working here, I asked if I could be seen by someone else & she responds with YES but they will go by what I say ??? Didn't understand what she meant by that , but after reading other people's post NOW I understand, her husband owns the building & so on... I STOPPED SEEING HER & NOW HAVE NO MEDS BECAUSE I DO NOT WANT TOO HAVE ANY LEGAL PROBLEMS, JUST (wanna grab her by her n**k) obviously I know can't sp its better off to walk away.. Hope she can do better for others !!!

Awful! Went here two years and was never seen on time. It’s at least an hour wait, there have been times I’ve waited for two hours! Dr Rosen is rude and condescending and clearly doesn’t care about anyone’s well being except that of her pocket book. She’ll send texts while you’re sitting in front of her and complain about people coming late ( even though she doesn’t care they have to wait 2 hours) . I’m at Market sq family health now and doing much better. Good riddance to this hellhole of a place. Also, most people don’t know this but Rosen is a nurse and not a psychiatrist, which I should’ve known almost instantly. Better off getting help somewhere else where they care and you can leave feeling better after, not worse.

The fact that this place hasn’t been shut down yet, is beyond my comprehension! What’s scary is that they are in the business of “healthcare” and are suppose to “help” their patients. Couldn’t be farther from the truth! And the fact that they diagnose children is even scarier. The health board needs to shut this place down.

They are always VERY behind schedule. They have no respect for their patients time or really just in general. Treated with suspicion from day one, not as an adult who is willingly seeking treatment. Incredibly rude. If you can find a doctor ANYWHERE else, go there. It's just terrible.

they're so rude and they prescribed me the wrong meds for my condition which led to my hospitalization. my meds are fixed now, no thanks to them. and theyre still trying to change it.

I usually don't do these things but for this I will. My psychiatrist (if you'd like to call her that) SHERYL ROSEN made me go in front of the waiting room, take my jacket and hoodie off & sprayed me down with an air freshener because I smelt like "smoke" , she completely dismissed me when I told her my mother was just diagnosed with breast cancer while she started complaining about her designated parking spot not being available. Oh, also the head doctor there is her father (nepotism) and her husband owns the building. I was in the same medication for 6 years, taken off without warning or a taper and had a seizure as a direct result. DON'T EVER GO HERE !

1. Rude staff 2. They drug test for medical (or otherwise just plain legal) marijuana. 3. I arrive early and generally wait 45 minutes to be seen. My psychiatrist, Dr. Rosen doesn't listen or even know the side effects of the drugs she prescribed me. Desperately seeking a new location; after this experience, I'm looking as far as Western Mass.
