TMS has made such a huge difference in my life. I felt a level of relief after the first session and with each subsequent session. My grief was relieved, I could remember without great pain and I stopped crying everyday. My depression lifted and changed my outlook regarding myself and my life. I am so glad I was able to get this treatment.

As someone who has been receiving mental health services for the past 10 years, I can say with all honesty that NBC is the best place I've been. The office gives multiple reminders (text and email), there is a patient portal where you can easily email your doctor, everyone is friendly and professional. Dr. Moustafa is incredible: compassionate and cares deeply about the life YOU want to lead. AND they take mass health!!! If you're new to receiving services, be patient (pun?) and stick with it - there are people in the profession who truly care, and the NBC team is one of them!

All in all a very positive experience as a patient here. My doctors (Dr. Fawad and Dr. Kelly) listen to my input and take it all into consideration when prescribing meds or making treatment decisions. It is always a very collaborative process and never one-sided. They are willing to see you as often as you need (whether it's weekly or just once a month) but will also give you space if that's what you're looking for. Having come here for about a year now, I've made great steps forward in recovery. I've worked through a few different medications with my psychiatrist and numerous issues with my counselor, coming to many solutions. If you take your care seriously you will be met with an equal level of seriousness here. The office workers are all very friendly and helpful also and will assist you in whatever you need, from scheduling to writing treatment verification letters.

After withdrawing for over a month, and averaging 3-4 hours max every night. The first thing Ujala Fawad said was “I looked stoned” not how are you doing, didn’t ask about my sleeping issues. She would talk over me any chance I had to speak. I was in the hospital twice due to my body shaking from the withdrawals. Rather than helping me, she’s doing her best to try and make my condition worse. And I agree with Richard. I was in Pennsylvania for a medical emergency and when I came back, they were in no rush to help me which lead to more withdrawals. Please do not come here. If I do return, it will be with a lawyer.

Absolutely, positively love Dr. Fawad. She makes me feel extremely comfortable talking to her and she has been on point with my medical needs. I don’t feel like I’m being prescribed blindly and I know she has my best interest at heart. As for the staff in reception, someone always answers the phone, I’m acknowledged and taken care of right away, there is always availability and flexibility with scheduling and they are always professional, understanding and kind. Until my experience with Dr. Fawad at NBC I was pretty sure that any doctor or doctor’s office in my health network would be bottom of the barrel. I’m grateful for this place, I feel emotionally positive every time I come. I would recommend Dr. Fawad to anyone and I would never consider another doctor.

I will be reporting Dr. Yousef Abou-Allaban to APA if he’s a member and a staff member does not call soon. I came in for anxiety and panic after an accident, and his first recommendation was TMS (FDA approved in US for depression and OCD only) He said we'd report me as having depression to get it approved. Tomorrow was my 3rd appointment EVER with him to bring in a family member and discuss all options. He called me this morning to come in to start TMS. I called to tell him I would not start the treatment until my family approved at tomorrow’s meeting and he cancelled my appointment and now refuses to treat me, despite the fact I'm out of medicine and now have no doctor's note to follow up with my job.

The staff is super friendly... my son's provider Aliyah is super sweet as well...the director is also very passionate and listens intently. Highly recommended this practice!

I’ll never come back here again. They’re making money trying to pressure you to take anti depression medication. Which only made my condition 10x worse. Treat your clients the same way you would treat your children, because that isn’t happening here. Tons of corruption to push anti depressants on people.

I must disagree with the negative reviews. My experience at Neuro Behavioral Center, and Dr. Fawad specifically, has been outstanding. I find Dr. Fawad to be kind, compassionate, and very understanding. Even more importantly, she takes the time to listen to what is going on and asks the tough questions, even the ones that might make us feel uncomfortable. But that's okay - that's her job. She may be in charge of dispensing the medication but I have NEVER felt like that was her job - she is much more of a listener to be sure our needs our met. It was a harrowing experience watching a child develop a disease that we didn't know she had and Dr. Fawad and her staff basically held my hand to be sure that everything went as it should. I feel like I hit the jackpot with this practice as I know many others who have had extremely dissimilar experiences elsewhere. We could not be happier.

My son goes here and I have seen what they’ve put him through. They force you into the office for every refill. They treat my son like he’s on heroin and nothing is confidental. I will be speaking to my attorney today to discuss this matter as well. My son never gave his counselor consent to share information with the doctor, but they did it behind his back and then to come on here and defend both of the doctors that broke the law?!! This place is out of their MIND!!!! I honestly didn’t believe him at first. Never seen something like this in my life.

I've been going to dr Abu Laban at neuro behavioral center Walpole mass for over two years he's been nothing but great to me if you treat him with respect and honesty he will do the same and take good care of you. I've had rough times in the last few years and his always there to help me even last minute oppointment he would show up at 7:30 am to see me because I worked all hours and didn't have any other time. He is great as his job and he is a good doctor I recommend him to anyone that needs his help. That whole office is great nice and caring that's the bottom line.

Honestly something is wrong with your communication. If a patient with severe anxiety and depression calls less than 24hours and might have a couple no shows you should have someone call the patient to see if their ok. Maybe the person they saw didn't work out and wanted to try someone else. Not terminate them and give them any notice . I never got a letter a call or a second chance. What if the patients rejection of being terminated caused them to hurt someone else or commit suicide. Your a mental health facility not a grocery store your there to help not reject . and I never have been treated so badly .
