The front desk staff is great. Michael pizza came out of the back, called my name then didnt even wait for me to acknowledge him and it was my first time there so i didnt know where to go when i opened the door to the offices. Thankfully he was the 1st door on the left or i most likely wouldnt of found him. He sat me down and started asking me questions from his desk top NEVER making eye contact with me and didnt even try to get to know me outside of the questions he had on his desktop. I told him i was there for anxiety and he tried prescribing me and anti depressant! It was a joke and i even told him i didnt want gabapentin or the anti depressant and he still sent it to the pharmacy. Quick tip to doctors: if you want to be a good dr, get to know your patients, make eye contact, CARE. This guy was a joke and shouldnt have a license. Lucky i gave him a full star...give him a half if i could.

I have called this place over a dozen times, visited the place in person and waited for an hour and sent home but reassured I would receive a phone call no later than 5:30pm that same day. I still have yet to hear back just to schedule an appointment...

Dr Kevin N. By far the best Dr I've had in 30yrs. Hands down. Cares a ton. Makes time for you. Down to earth. Just as cool as a Dr gets. If give em 6 stars if I could

Went in to be accessed for antidepressants I needed. Saw Mike Pizza. Guy did not inspire confidence. Lacked people skills. Must have been in there no more than 15 minutes. Felt like I was at JFK or LAX airport with the frequency of patients that were landing for appointments. The office looked very dingy and disorganized. The guy basically read a script on the computer. Didn't make eye contact. Its one of those places where they probably milk your insurance for followup appointments every 4 weeks. A pharmadoc practice. I would not go back.

Michael Pizza is terrible. He refused to refill my meds when I told him I had severe withdrawal symptoms. I'm tired of yet another psychiatrist who prescribes meds, but seems to have no compassion for people with mental illness.

The wait time is horrible, upwards of an hour, they're ALWAYS behind - even in the early morning when they open. You'll spend more time in the waiting room than ever you do in their office. The check-ins should be able to be done over the phone, as they are maybe five minutes long, so they wouldn't waste over an hour of your time..

I don't really liked the way that this clinic works. First of all very poor phone service; they never answer their phone, if you leave a message they never call back. If the pharmacy request prior authorization for medication they ignores the request. SHAME ON THEM.

The change of location and widely available parking was a smart decision. The office is way more comfortable and spacious than the previous location. The wait times are not as long and our appointments go smoothly. Calling and reaching someone is hit or miss. These medication providers will only give you enough refills to get you through to your next appointment and rarely accept pharmacy refill requests. We see Dr. Bahnassi and have nothing but good things to say about him. He is respectful, professional, patient, and understanding.

What is with never answering your phone at any time, any day or any extension?! And yeah some progress, today someone puts me on hold without saying a word for half an hour. This is great because you are the only people with real jobs and I wish to spare my time with rude, inconsiderate staff.

Have been seeing Michael Pizza for about 2 years now. He’s incredibly kind, understanding and professional. The office staff who handle phones etc could definitely use some work but otherwise I have no complaints.
