Totally useless. No help to the client whats so ever. Send them on their way with no follow up services and no diagnosis. Do not send your loved ones there. This place is horrible. Trying to speak to a nurse about loved one is nearly impossible and when you finally do get to talk to them and loved one and myself want to know what medications they took earlier the nurse response “i do not know i have to wait till tomorrow so i can ask the nurse that was on the shift before me” BS they are over medicating and will not share the information without a fight. Ridiculous.

Literally the worst experience of my life. The staff was rude and unhelpful. They discharged me without any aftercare set in place. If you have the choice don't go here

This place is a joke of a psychiatric facility. They are understaffed with employees that don't care about anything bur their paycheck, and are a perfect example of how mental health is not taken seriouslytaken in thus country. They don't even know who the patients are on their ward or care to learn any of their names. They are understaffed and over medicate every person entering the facility. They sedate, they do not treat.

Be very wary of sending a loved one to this hospital for treatment. If you don’t have a drug problem, spend a little time in this facility and you can leave with one. You will be able to obtain some heroin from some of the other patients and enjoy your stay. When you’re done having your fun with that, you can have the doctors prescribe you some suboxone to add to your already overprescribed benzo prescription and be shoved out the door. Great treatment plan.
