For someone who is in the field of therapy, one of the first things that one learns in this field is to display empathy, active listening, and to understand that the oath taken to "do no harm" is something that must be paramount with things as simple as how one interacts or in some cases, fails to interact with clients. The tone, atmosphere, etc. feels more like a court room than one in which a client should feel relaxed and welcomed. It only took one visit for me to quickly realize that this was not going to be advantageous for me. I had paid quite a bit of money to obtain Genetic Testing which helps identify medications that will NOT be as effective - if at all, compared to ones that would be. Dr. Klegon refused to even look at the test results. This was the biggest turning point because DNA is still ones DNA and should at least be taken into consideration. Further, I had cancelled a "scheduled" appointment over a week in advance, and had been placed in an earlier slot due to the medication that HE put me on that was causing me quite a few issues. Due to my not being able to legally drive that day to the appointment because some medications clearly state on the bottle that you cannot, I had to cancel that appointment and was very quickly given a bill for a "late cancellation." Sorry but I am not going to drive illegally just to get to an appointment that YOU called back and rescheduled me for to come in sooner. I would never recommend this clinician.
