I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Melissa Monson. She is extremely reliable and is the only psychiatrist I have ever felt like I got very comprehensive care from consistently. Ross Center is very expensive. I have been a patient off and on for many years, but I have never felt like I didn't get what I paid for here.

Their expertise and professionalism is above and beyond any medical office I have ever walked into. They support and treat each patient as if they were the only patient. The worst practice, rude staff. Especially the front desk personnel by the name of Estefany. Really more anxiety inducing than their ability to cure.

I have been going to Ross center for over a year. I stopped by at the office, after not hearing back from my doctor for 3 days, to get a letter. When I went there, the front desk manager told me I can’t be there. When I requested her to let me wait, so I could have the letter she said if I won’t leave she would call the police. I wasn’t screaming or doing anything untoward. But simply asking for the letter. When that happened, a doctor came out and threatened to call the police. If I didn’t leave. I have a voice recording of the whole incident, and currently in the process of filing a lawsuit for causing anxiety and mental strain. When they are the ones meant to be treating anxiety. Please take care of yourself and go a a more civil practice.
