The staff is horrible! From the moment you enter into the facility. They act like they don't want to do their job. Music blasting at the guard post, to the point the guard could not hear me but refused to end her jam session. I waited almost 2 hours to see a loved one. It's like one hand doesn't know what the other is doing. Hire qualified, professional people. Customer Service matters! Please hire new security guards. There is only one professional guard on duty in building 1 at the desk. Everyone else needs an evaluation.

Even giving one star is a stretch. The staff has no consistency with their front desk security. One thing that is consistent is their unfriendly attitudes and service to both visitors and patients. The lack of communication within their staff is appalling.
