I can't say much about the level of care here, because I never actually got to see anyone. I made an appointment, arrived the typical 30 mins early to fill out the paperwork and paid my copay. After waiting for an hour (now 30 min past my appointment time), the receptionist tells me she's called the intake therapist I'm meant to see and that she is "stuck in construction traffic and won't be here until 2" (been there since 12:30 - I also drove in that traffic and made it there just fine). I ask to reschedule. I come to my next appointment, paper work being done and session already paid for. The receptionist says she is "finishing up with someone". I wait an hour, as I hear the receptionist speak to another patient on the phone confirming their intake session for the hour after mine - at this point this person who has not yet arrived would absolutely have to wait for me as it an hour past my appointment time. I tell the receptionist I am leaving, and that I want my copay money back. She tells me she will call when it goes through. I received no call and have not gotten my money back. I just called them (wed at 3:15 pm) and they did not pick up. I want my money back as I paid for a service they never provided to me.

I was supposed to be seen at 10:15, I was seen at 11:00 with no apology. Front desk lady was not nice at all, I had never been there and she just was not friendly at all. Being late makes me anxious and considering that is what I'm being treated for, I would not say I had a positive experience.

After being a patient for a mere year and a half, and after voicing what I felt should be done about my treatment, I was told that there was nothing more that could be done for me and that I needed to seek a second opinion. I highly believe this is due to the fact that I refuse to do a day program. This has made me depressed and made my anxiety even worse. They didn't even schedule another appointment. I have never been more discouraged in my life. It is really hard to find a psychiatrist takes insurance and someone that you feel you can trust. They indicated they would schedule an appointment for me with another psychiatrist, but at this point, after being thrown to the curb, I'll believe it when I see it. If you expect to see someone get better after only less than two years who have gone their entire life without help, you are gravely wrong. This makes me feel horrible and I want you about stepping foot into this office. But then again, they might like you and decide to keep you, so you never know.

Thanks Dr. Onwuanibe. ADHD can be a really big issue, and when I realized that I couldn’t sit still or concentrate on anything I was trying to do, I knew that I needed to get help. After doing a bit of research, I was recommended Solutions for Mindfulness. They’ve worked with me to help me find solutions that work for my needs so that I can feel confident in the workplace and wherever else that I may be – and that has been very empowering for me as I move forward.

AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS. I met with these people for an initial appointment and scheduled a follow up appointment with the actual doctor. Originally I was told I would see the doctor within a week or so but they didn't have any appointments for 2 weeks. Fine, I scheduled it. A few days before the appointment they called and cancelled and tried to refer me to other places, basically just shoving me off. Completely unethical and irresponsible. One day you'll answer to a suicide this way, Dr. O. Find somewhere else. Pay attention to the other reviews - I shouldn't have wasted so much time waiting for this place.

I have never written a review before but the fact that I have to reach out to this office 5-10 times JUST to get an appointment as an existing patient is absurd and completely unprofessional of a medical practice. They are extremely unresponsive and difficult to get in touch with. I plan to switch providers immediately.

I love Dr. O. She changed my life. However, the wait time in the office is horrendous. You will wait at least an hour, on a good day, to see her. It's awful.

Communication was not great. Level of care and compassion was also problematic with the senior doctor; however, therapists, support staff and staff in training are great. Disappointing.

Love love love Dr. O and all of her staff! Very modern and soothing atmosphere! The staff is always there for me when I need them most! Dr. O is extremely SMART and knowledgeable. She definitely knows exactly what she is talking about. She is also very resourceful and understanding! I have never felt judged by her or any of her staff! She explains things in layman's terms! I never feel rushed in my appointments! And she makes me feel like "part of the family" as soon as I walk in! She cares over and beyond for each of her patients! And I would refer anyone and everyone to her!

I won't bash the practice. My suggestion for anyone who likes being seen within the hour of there appt time to go elsewhere. The staff are not concerned about your time and do not want negative customer feedback. My daughter was asked to find another office to go to and not offered an apology for being in the the waiting room office on average 3 hours per visit. Maybe they should consider a professional development course: solutions for not overbooking a schedule.

Dr.o is very rude and takes people's illness as I joke she lied about sending my medication to the pharmacy, they never got it , so now I have no medication left and they are closed on weekends, please don't waste your time or money here they will make you feel even worse about yourself

Extremely impressed with Dr. O. I’ve always been a heavy guy, and I’ve always been known for being able to eat as much as I want. Sometimes, it worries me how much that is. However, when I realized food was causing me anxiety and other issues, I knew I had to get some help, and that’s why I started going to SFM. The doctor helped me to look at the issue in more detail so that I could understand it, and I’m on my way to finally getting my eating habits under control. Thank you Dr. Onwuanibe
