PA Jain is amazing. She pays attention, listens and provides excellent support. Not sure what “Keren Llana” was referring to below. But it is a psych office so perhaps she’s a drug seeker or just crazy! The psychiatrists seem Ok and the front desk staff are challenging. Otherwise, highly recommend seeing PA Jain. Makes this place worth it.

The worst place I have ever been to regarding psychiatric treatment. I wasn’t going to write a review but I just received a bill for a “no show/late fee” for $350 for a date I showed up and wasn’t late. The receptionist didn’t acknowledge me because she was on the phone and didn’t even ask me to fill out new patient paperwork. I was there before my appointment time and wasn’t called until 20 minutes after my appointment time. I meet with Dr Jain and she didn’t realize I was a new patient and asks me annoyingly why I didn’t fill out paperwork. How is that my fault? Then she gets me paperwork and tells me I can fill out paperwork while she asks me questions. Which I do but then she gets angry with me because I’m filling out paperwork during our session. Like what? I tell her I can’t stay after our session to fill out all the paperwork because I have another appointment and she tells me her time is valuable. Wow...okay so I guess my time isn’t. During the whole session she kept looking at me weird and making me feel stupid because I didn’t remember a lot of my past. She made me feel like I didn’t know my own body or what medication has worked for me in the past. She was telling ME how I feel and what I know. I feel so bad for anyone who has mental illnesses who are unlucky enough to see her. She makes you feel horrible about yourself. She dismisses anything that doesn’t fit her agenda of who you are and what illness(es) you have. Whoever actually believes her is honestly naive and gullible. Please get a second opinion before believing her. As for the practice. All they care about is MONEY. I’ve disputed this bill and will take legal action if necessary.

Holy. Crud. The psychiatrist and psychiatric PA are garbage in my opinion. I haven’t had such a waste of my time encounter with a psychiatric person in literally years. They paid no attention to the important details of my psychiatric history (what meds worked, which didn’t, how they did or didn’t work, etc) and focused entirely on my diagnosis history/timeline and what other doctors thought of me. They didn’t care about my opinions on what meds have worked, and refused to give me anything that I actually need to function in life. They’re the kind of providers who clearly think because they went to college for this stuff they know better than the patient, even when the patient (like me, for example) has been through a lot of trial and error and knows at least some meds that work. They disregarded what I felt was important about my symptoms and history and refused to even continue my anxiety medication that I have taken successfully for years. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND AVOIDING THE PSYCHIATRIC PROVIDERS HERE. (P.A. Jain and her psychiatrist whose last name started with a B I believe.) I did not interact with any of their therapists so I can’t attest to their value.
