My experience with Dr. Ostrovsky has been nothing but positive. I have been a patient for 10 months and he has been professional and understanding the whole time. I have been both pleased and surprised that whenever I have had to call him it has been the doctor himself that would return the call and usually within an hour, including non office hours! If you can get past the limited insurance that he accepts( its just considered out of network so you just submit it yourself for reimbursement)then I would, and have, highly recommend Dr. Ostrovsky.

This so-called doctor made the ludicrous request that I pay him prior to the appointment! He also hung up on me during a telephone call. I did a little bit of research and discovered that Mr. Ostrovsky is a convicted felon of defrauding the State Medical Assistance Program in 2006. This incident led to his medical license being temporarily revoked. I would advise those seeking a psychiatrist weigh these facts carefully before making a decision.

I have been seeing Dr. Ostrovsky for over a year and have had no issues. Everytime i call or text he responds in a timely manner. He has been very professional in my visits. The reason I give him 4 stars is because he does not take my medical insurance. Otherwise i have no complaints, and am satisfied with his services

Dr. Ostrovsky is an amazing doctor. He is professional, respectful, patient, courteous, on time, caring and organized. The potential patients/patients need to be the same way with him so he can provide the best service for each and every one. Therefore, I can guarantee he will never hang up on someone without a very good reason. I would recommend him 100%
