While Akram may have a good personality, he ultimately is an incompetent dr who messed up, gave an antipsychotic to someone with turrets and didn't monitor them effectively, and as a result I have tardive dyskinesia on my tongue(moves uncontrollably) and constant twitching around my body that isn't going away anytime soon and seems to be lasting. I would find a different doctor.
