I can see why there are such great reviews. I was on the waitlist for my doctor. I see why there was one. She is professional, easy to talk to and likeable. I dont take the time to write reviews but I want to share this place so you can get through your hard time. Peace.

Staff is uncooperative. Hours of operation are ridiculous. Was billed a $100 missed appointment fee for an appointment I attended and paid a copay on. Billing is unreachable. I was forced to leave a message and have heard no response. The office seems more centered on pseudoscience than anything that is actually medically backed. I would be very cautious going in. Some of the providers there may be just fine, but the one i saw was actually rather aggressive. Just be cautious.

I've been seeing Mandi now for almost a year. She is incredible. My friend recommended her to me after recovering. I am at a point where I am back at work and happy. I had a therapist before who I felt really judged me. I wouldn't go to therapy over it. But now I go and feel much better after sessions. Lighter.

From the staff to the peaceful music, this a great experience. My daughter gets email reminders. So she doesn't miss appointments. Her therapist mandi always explains her medication to us both.

Amanda is a subpar provider to be honest. The first few times I saw her she seemed nice and I was hopeful. But as the weeks went on I found she wasn’t listening to my concerns, was regularly late, and her nasty temperament started showing through. There are better providers around here.

If I could give negative stars, I would! Rudeness of staff and therapists. Plus $100 fee for something that was out of control, basically having to miss my appointment. They state 2 business days to reschedule. My appointment was at 4 and I left a voicemail at 7am. Do you even check your voicemail !? Employee called back around 11am and was extremely rude. This place is a joke! I actually recommend it them to my friends BUT I will NOT anymore ! Plus I feel the doctors are all about money. Cruel world and I’m a higher up with my business in the medical field and will Absolutely will not recommend! Good luck and I bet this office will close it’s doors shortly! I perform “secret shoppers “ and this is by far the worst experience. Good luck again, but I do not think it will get you far. Amanda Sadat was especially rude when I tried to waive the fee. They are harsh and have no consideration. Not to mention , other gossip was being talked about while I was there. HIPPA thrown out the window. This will be discussed at my nest medical conference.

I met mandi sadat and felt comfortable and understood. I can't recommend enough. I have horrible anxiety just leaving my house is an hour or do ordeal. She made me feel ok with it. If your anx6is like mine I say see her

I got off ativan. It was a horrible thing to get off. I was able to do it slow. You may want to check out their policies for these types of medications. But most places are like that.

I'm using a false name because my experience was so horrific. There is no excuse for how I was treated by Meredith Hogarty and her staff. I at first thought this was the best provider for me. But when I was in the worst emotional pain of my life she abandoned me and her staff refused to respond to me, ignoring me and not filling my medication. I felt unheard and mistreated. If your ever in need of talking to your counselor or communication for simple things do not go here. It is a rude place. I could have withdrawls from my medication and meredith could have cared less. The whole experience of feeling safe and heard then abandoned was horrible and unprofessional. I wish I had known she would change so fast and that the support is NOT there! Beware!!!

I can not recommend Meredith Hogarty. I saw her a few times and feel she is a inexperienced provider. I can not speak to the other doctor but wish I had asked for her. I dont know if she would be better with you but I was unimpressed. The staff was fine.

Made an appointment and showed up at the time that was agreed upon. When I showed they couldn't find me in the system at first and then saw my appointment was apparently scheduled an hour earlier. They blamed me for their mistake and I was told I couldn't make another appointment until I paid their $100 fee. The staff was EXTREMELY rude from the first second I stepped in. HIGHLY suggest you go somewhere where the people actually care about you, and not just money.

Dr. Sadat was very unprofessional. She Did not listen to my concerns or even take them into consideration promting me to leave the practice, I am now very happy with my current prescriber. I wanted to pre warn future clients. First appointment she “acts like she cares”. After that, is a downhill spiral. I am not quite sure about the the doctor there, but I wish that I could have transitioned my care over. I am not one to write reviews, but when it comes to mental healthcare, I believe every review counts. Best of luck to her patients current and future. Just be weary and ask questions. After all, it is about YOUR health. Good luck.

Innovative, clinically based approaches to not only the treatment of mental health, but the fostering of health and wellness with a preventative life style focus. The calibur of support groups alone are none I have seen...seriously!? Navigating the 20's?...life skills for yourself "transitioning into 'real life' is not what it used to be." Highly recommended Psychiatric Wellness Center and their Health, Wellness and Art Studio, The Loft at Centerwood.
