Failed to provide care. Would not fill a prescription that i have been on for over 20 years. I was charged $420.00 for an appointment that was supposed to be an hour but only lasted 20 minutes and then I got a bill in the mail for $315.00, which when i called to see what this was all about I was told that I never should have received a bill and that I was over charged. It has been near 30 days and I still have not received a refund. Nothing about actual treatment was discussed in this visit but he did lecture me about not having health insurance for 20 minutes. Zero stars if possible.
