I have seen other psychiatrist in the past only to be discouraged. Dr. Rynning is hands down a doctor that truly want to go the extra mile to help people or at least he does for me. I learn more and more about me every time I see him. So very happy to have found him!!

person at front desk was rude on the 2 occasions I spoke to her, so it wasn't just that she was having a bad day! Wasn't until I became very cut and dry with her that she got "a little" nicer. She was unfriendly and mumbled half the time, could barely understand her. System in place for a patient returning was ridiculous. I was told it could be as long as after the first of the year to get an appt. depending how long the person in the office took to go retrieve my file from storage since I had not been there since '09. Said Dr. Rynning would have to review my file from years ago to determine how long to schedule the appt. for. I would've been better off saying I had never been there before. This was a month away, told her never mind, I'd find someone else to go to before waiting a month. Sure hope Dr. Rynning sees this review as I do like him and would've liked to have returned to him for treatment. What ashame!

I wen't to see Dr Rynning for bipolar med management. In the first 15 minutes of meeting the guy, I asked about his thoughts on DID. He looked at me, laughed and said you aint't got it. How rude. I was truly upset and felt shut down because I do have DID. I was seeking help but was rejected. I quit them.

Just started seeing Dr. Rynning and he was wonderful. The staff has been super helpful and accommodating as well.

Dr Rynning is wonderful but the office staff with the exception of maybe 2 treat you like 2nd class citizens. They hang up before you’re even finished speaking, and the tone of voice they use with you basically says “I really don’t want to be bothered with you” You call no can you hold please? No good bye? Etc If he wasn’t such a good dr abd felt comfortable going to him I’d be long gone. I get sick of watching how they treat other patients at the windows while I’m in waiting room waiting on my appt. Just rude

I have to agree with a previous reviewer in that the office staff, primarily the head office manager, is atrocious. She is the worst part about the experience and I have actually brought this up to Dr. Rynning. She is rude, uncaring and seems to hate her job. For whatever reason they seem fit to keep her. Having said that, I do recommend Dr. Rynning. Another reviewer said that he laughed and told her that they did not have what they thought...that sounds exactly like Dr. Rynning and it's why I love seeing him. He is definitely a no BS kind of guy who will go above and beyond to help you. Seeing as he is the doctor and I'm not, I have taken his advice/diagnosis for years and it was the best decision I made. I had been told and took meds for ADD for years and never felt like myself. Dr. Rynning listened and told me exactly what he told the other reviewer and I've been thankful to him for that ever since.

Dr Ryninng has been an amazing psychiatrist but I think I’m going to have to find a new one only because his office staff is beyond rude and unhelpful. It is truly a shame that I will have to start over with a new physician because of the office staff. Always an attitude, today it was me trying to refill my antidepressants. “I’m not a doctor I can’t send a prescription.” I’m a nurse. I’m fully aware that they are unable to write a prescription. All I ask is to be treated with dignity and respect. I shouldn’t have to call and fight for my medications. These meds are as essential to my life as heart medication is to another person. I wish I could say this was the first time but it is more like the tenth. From reading other reviews, this has been an ongoing problem with the office staff for years. Maybe one day he’ll clean house and I’ll be able to come back. Doubtful.

I went to see Dr. Rynning with preconceived notions about what was wrong with me and what I needed. When I first met him I made an assumption just by looking at him that he did not know what he was doing. He is very direct and honest about what he thinks. He is the specialist. If I had not listened to him I would not feel the best I have in my entire adult life and it only took 90 days. Dr. Rynning is excellent at what he does. Too often we self diagnose and want to tell the Doctor how to do their job. I listened and I am grateful for him. I hope he doesn't retire anytime soon. I agree with other comments that the office staff is not what it should be, but I'm giving Dr. Rynning 5 Stars because he deserves to be recognized for how wonderful he is.

I've been going here for 7 years now and the office staff sucks. They always have and I think they always will. They aren't friendly, "Lose" your appointments so when you show up, you're not on the book so you can't be seen. However, I continue to go there because I like my psychiatrist and that's the most important thing. He knows me very well and I wouldn't want to see anyone else but him. (Dr Rynning)

Dr. Rynning is fantastic, office staff is super friendly. I was surprised at how much I enjoyed the experience after reading all of the bad reviews. Shocked, even. I rarely go to see doctors for anything but after years of moodswings affecting the people I love - I decided to suck up my pride, fear of being weak, whatever was stopping me. After only 1 month on the prescription, me and my loved ones are grateful. Dr Rynning has helped me tremendously.
