Horrible place they beat my 73yr old mother n poured ice down her back because she wouldn't eat or take her meds.. They let het sleep on the cold hard floor at every time she fell out of the jail house size beds... The black females workers r the worst.. They beat the elderly n keep them drug up by Puting a needle n there but all day... My mom couldn't walk or talk for 3weeks after she came home...

This is a terrible place and has hurt my entire family by murdering my grandfather. Unfortunately my grandfather was having mental and emotional problems and (without my family’s prior understanding of the terrible circumstances at this hospital) was transferred here. In less than 36 hours, my grandpa had mysteriously went into cardiac arrest- 2 hours after they called complaining to me that he wouldn’t take his meds and was being “troublesome”. I am 100% positive they forced too many meds down my grandfathers throat to make him be quiet and settle down, knowing that too much psychiatric meds can put any person into cardiac arrest ESPECIALLY an 83 year old man. He was very healthy and happy prior to this. This place needs to be shut down ASAP. On top of everything the rooms are dark and depressing and you can literally hear people screaming and crying in the rooms. My grandpa would still be here if it weren’t for this disgusting place.

I called to make to see if I had to just wakein or make an appointment because I was in a car accident last night and I was sandwiched and I just wanted to see if everything was fine with me, so the lady on the phone (front desk), who had a really bad attitude kept saying I can’t hear you, I can’t understand you, I still can’t understand you. I gave her my name but she asked for my mother’s name and one I tried to spell it for her she cut me and said stop right there I her name is no where in the system. I don’t know why your calling. I was like wow that’s so rude have a nice day.
