I needed help for anxiety. I was 5 minutes late for my appointment, because I was in the parking lot trying to find which building was theirs. I called, to ask *from the parking lot* and they told me that I had to reschedule. I explained that I was here, and had been here but I was lost and trying to find their office. I explained that I have two special needs children and that its incredibly hard for me to get to a doctor at all, and that I had been waiting for months. They didn't care. Take your business elsewhere.

I haven't responded to your call because I haven't had time. As mentioned above, I have two special needs children. Your office treated me like dirt. I wasn't worth 5 minutes of your time. On top of all that, your voice mail wasn't about me, or my needs as a patient. In your voice mail, you asked me to help you find out who did this, you wanted me to give you information about your employee from an incident that happened over a year ago. Instead of being respectful and giving me the opportunity to respond when it fit into my own schedule, you had the audacity to come on here and reply to me about respecting your other patients time.
Not once, has your office considered my time, or my needs as a patient.
If you had, you would have handled it immediately, instead of waiting a year, and then calling me when my situation may have helped you make those "staffing changes" you mentioned in my voice mail.
This has got to be some kind of ethics violation.
