I needed help for anxiety. I was 5 minutes late for my appointment, because I was in the parking lot trying to find which building was theirs. I called, to ask *from the parking lot* and they told me that I had to reschedule. I explained that I was here, and had been here but I was lost and trying to find their office. I explained that I have two special needs children and that its incredibly hard for me to get to a doctor at all, and that I had been waiting for months. They didn't care. Take your business elsewhere. Edited on 02-14-19 because I can't reply to the owners comment. I haven't responded to your call because I haven't had time. As mentioned above, I have two special needs children. Your office treated me like dirt. I wasn't worth 5 minutes of your time. On top of all that, your voice mail wasn't about me, or my needs as a patient. In your voice mail, you asked me to help you find out who did this, you wanted me to give you information about your employee from an incident that happened over a year ago. Instead of being respectful and giving me the opportunity to respond when it fit into my own schedule, you had the audacity to come on here and reply to me about respecting your other patients time. Not once, has your office considered my time, or my needs as a patient. If you had, you would have handled it immediately, instead of waiting a year, and then calling me when my situation may have helped you make those "staffing changes" you mentioned in my voice mail. This has got to be some kind of ethics violation.

I've been a monthly patient there for 2 years now. I've been to many similar clinics, so trust me when I say this is the best group of doctors and staff I've ever dealt with. I primarily see Dr Lyndsey but I've dealt with the other providers when I had to alter my routine and was unable to see her, they're all very sweet and genuinely care. I have had the opportunity to go to "cheaper" places or places my insurance covers but I couldn't leave. Dr Lyndsey truly sets the standard for her profession. I've never been treated with the amount of respect and love that Lyndsey has shown to me.. bottom line is that you simply cannot fake passion & these docs are definitely passionate about what they do every single day and that is worth every dime. THAT is what sets this group apart from the others. I'm so truly grateful to have come across this place. I'm at a point mentally that I would've never achieved without my doctor.

If I could give a zero star rating I would. This place needs to be investigated!!!! I had to watch helplessly as my boyfriend struggled getting his Medicine straight because the receptionists weren't authorizing his prescriptions and telling us one thing after another then changing their story when the doctor actually got involved. They also blantely take money from you even when insurance should cover the entire visit and they were beyond the rudest people we've ever had to deal with! Avoid this place at all costs!!!! You'll not only save money but a lot of stress. This place is really beyond words, a serious nightmare. Everyone that works there is a crook!!!!

I truly feel like he is a terrific Dr, however, his receptionist is one of the rudest people I have ever met. You are lucky to even get a smile while talking to her. Her attitude is soooo nasty it is just enough to consider switching Drs. And what makes it worse is that she knows she is rude and quickly changes her attitude when the Drs approach the front desk.

Dr. sarwat Gad treated me from around the age of 7 or 8 if I remember correctly to around age 17 when I then began seeing someone under him. She wasnt very nice so I stopped going. Dr Gad was my best advocate. He is a great doctor.

Dr Gad has a gentle, caring voice and really cares about what I bring to him. He never seems rushed or anything. The person at the front desk was friendly and got my information into the system quickly the first time I came in. Overall, great visits. No problems on insurance.

I've been going there at least two years and have had great experiences both with Dr. Gad and now Bryante Dronet. Due to my some health issues I've had to reschedule the day of the appointment a few times and most places wouldn't allow that, but they have always worked with me. I really appreciate it and they will continue to get my service as long as they'll have me.

The staff is incompetent. The doctors could care less about their patients. All they care about is the money. I’ve been out of my medicine for days and now they want to charge me, a Medicaid patient, $35 to do the paperwork to get my medicine filled. This is ridiculous. I’m reporting this to The Better Business Bureau and I’m taking this all the way to the Supreme Court. Do they think that they can’t afford to do the paperwork required? This is an insult to society. They’re taking advantage of the disadvantaged. I’m changing to another doctor and I’m letting the public know about this on social media. Taking advantage of poor mentally ill patients is a disgrace.

Kept changing my medication every other day. When it got to the point where I couldn't think anymore he called the paramedics and had me committed for 5 days when I got out feeling worse he had me committed me again against my wishes. Now I have $3000 in medical Bills that I did not approve. The kicker is I went in there for insomnia and anxiety. I went to see another paycheicist who said he should have never done that. Now I am unemployed due too missing too much work. Unless you want to see a quack who should never have a license and get admitted to a facility as a non violent non suicidal patient I suggest you go to a real doctor.
