I love my therapist who works in this office; however, everything else is awful. My refill request was faxed DAYS ago and is still not approved. Someone else just hung up on me because she didn't want to take the time to help me while trying to reach a wrong number she got by calling me. I will be SO thrilled if my therapist goes somewhere with better customer service.

My psychiatrist is very sweet and got my medication right on track where it needed to be....ALTHOUGH, every time I have an appointment, the office calls me at the last minute to reschedule. I have been trying for three days now to reach them to cancel an appointment that I can not make and their phone lines keep telling me that the voicemail is full and no one picks up. Customer service here is horrible
