A person who is very close to me came to this clinic for counseling and was treated very badly. Foremost, the appointment was changed from a counselor to a social worker without notifying the patient prior to the appointment. This is not something a professional mental health company should do to a patient. They should always call and notify the patient of changes prior to any appointment; specifically one like this. The staff called and had this person come in early to “fill out paperwork”, but when the patient arrived they submitted the patients insurance cards and had the patient wait for preapproval so they could see if the patients two forms of insurance had a copay that was going to be collected ahead of time. The patient was then notified that the insurance “TRICARE” the insurance of your military, was not sufficient to see the provider that the appointment was made with. The patient was given no paperwork to fill out. The patient then googled the “provider” they would be seeing to find out it was a social worker and not a mental health professional. Whoever is in charge of this office should fire the entire office staff.

After seeing multiple therapists over the years, I have come to find she is one of the most competent in her profession I have ever come across. I’m ahead of where I had been for ten years by leaps and bounds thanks to these folks. 5 Stars across the board.
