Acadian care is the worst psychiatrist that I have been in. The waiting room is always full, I don’t think you can even walk in there. The doctors are arrogant and don’t care about the patients, they just want to diagnose you and give you pills. I was in a tough situation to where I was contemplating death and I needed a therapist to talk to but they denied an appointment because i did not have contact with my dad.

This clinic by far cares for every person that walks through the door. The staff are second to none and the medical professionals are the most compassionate, caring and knowledgeable individuals in the practice. With hearts as big as their smiles you can be confident in trusting them with your care or education. I rotated here as a 3rd year medical student. If you are thinking of rotationing here as a 3rd or 4th year medical student you could not hope for a better experience. I am not being paid nor is my grade influenced by my opinion.

This is the location where we began our journey with Acadian Care! Coming from another clinic, Dr. Kutner came highly recommended. The clinical staff ( Miss Jamie in particular) made us feel so comfortable in the beginning and Miss Ann is someone who was hard to say goodbye to upon us moving!

Twice now this place has messed us over. The waiting room was full of people(past capacity) (OVERBOOKED IN MY OPINION) had to sit 3 adults and a baby on 2 small chairs. Name was called.ONCE Couldnt hear over the loudness of all the people there ,and the fact that we couldnt actually sit in the waiting room. We were behind a wall and it was full of children !! You all definitely need to step up your game in this place and maybe get an intercom to call patients...especially if its completely filled beyond capacity!!! Definitely having second thoughts abt this place!! Gonna start looking for other options!

Stay away from this place . If you ever get anyone to talk to you they are condescending and arrogant. i tried to make an appointment and am told i have to complete a questionnaire. but it is no where to be found . i followed all the emails and since no one will actually answer the phone i left multiple voice mails.

Wonderful staff and office! Dr. Kutner is one of the most caring and compassionate physicians I have had the privilege to work with (I am a third year medical student). He has the ability to quickly form a trusting relationship with his patients and gives each one his utmost attention. I highly recommend Acadian Care.

My parents decided to call them about getting my medication, they decide to disguss an issue of me posting something negative about them almost a year ago. They bring it up now and demanded me (the child who expressed my feelings) to remove it. This is so unprofessional considering this is their website and they have the authority to remove it themselves which they did to lots of comments. Im not coming here again. Im leaving this place and seeing another doctor on June who is way better that my therapist set up for me because of the ridiculous child acts that this place gives off. If you dont like this post dont complain to my parents. Take the matter like mature adults and delete it from the front page.

I can't say enough about how blessed I was to find this provider when my nurse practitioner left private practice. Less pharmacological interventions. More education and alternative positive coping mechanisms reinforced. What can I say about TMS? I haven't felt this cognitively alert and emotionally stable in at least 20 years.

Doctor Kutner put me on medication ever since I was 3 years old! Trying to up the dosage of the medication everytime i see him back or decreasing it and even sometimes trying to put me on new medication. I honeslty felt like a lab rat that was being tested with all these medications in me. Because of all these medications that were put in me from such a young age I have problems that are too personal to explain in this review. Anyways I was later transferred doctors and was being treated by Dr. Jamie in Mandeville.(because it's closer then going all the way to Slidell) Surprisingly enough she did this same thing! Trying to uo or decrease the dosage. I truly this place is just trying to make a profit on giving medication to litter kids. My parents were catching on to this stuff in the beginning but didn't think to much of it until one day I made a negative review on this place about how I felt about there treatment and I kid you freaking not the next time I went there they gave my father a piece of paper of what their legal rights were of treating children and another paper for what all my medications do. I have to say 2 months later (I cant remember specific time) they call BOTH my parents up to take down the negative review and I told my parents no. After that call the next time we saw Ms. Jamie she told me Dr. Kutner wanted to speak with me with my online activities! Nothing to do with my medication at all! After that we never went to this hell whole again! Me and my father were speaking to my Doctor and theripast and they both agreed this was way unprofessional. (I already made a second review before this one when I was younger, I'm so enraged I decided to make another one explaining the whole story of what I went through.)
