She was very pleasant in the office, however I found that she was quick to default to testing which proved her lack of knowledge of my condition. She showed sympathy in the office yet failed on all promises of follow up and help to find answers. She ordered testing which had she listened to my complaints, she would have known I would be unable to complete and other testing which was unnecessary. She stated I would have answers/ results the very same day. She never got back in touch with me about the testing. She failed to provide the ordering neurologist with documentation and recommendation until almost 7 weeks later (after my f/u visit to discuss her results). I contacted the office 5x searching for the results of my testing, each time left a detailed message asking for her to leave the results on my answering machine because I am not allowed to take calls during the day, each time received a return phone call on my answering machine with no information or return phone number, simply "this is ____ you may return my phone call at your earliest convenience". Was then blamed for my inadequate relaying of DOB. The nurse was unable to even pronounce the tests. Her services were yet another slap in the face, I regret ever seeking her services.
