I have had several negative experiences in this office but have few options when it comes to mental health clinics. The most recent has been horrible, day 5 without medication due to their error in writing the script and failure to take ownership and rectify the situation.

I've always had a great experience here. In the past, scheduling has been difficult. Quality improvement measures have alleviated the backlog in appointments. Staff has always been SUPER GREAT and friendly. I just wish it were in or nearer to North Liberty.

I remember when it used to be iowa city community mental health center and I was a patient there. Then they merged with abbe center but they said every first visit was free. I later tried to make an apt but they said I owed too much and no one remembers that I was promised a free first visit with Abbe center. :/ I owe like 300 :(
