No compassion for those who suffer from mental and emotional issues, it's all about the money. My appointments only take about 10 minutes, I have had no counseling, only an evaluation, then pushed pills. I called less than 24 hours to reschedule and was told if I do it again, I will be canceled as a patient forever. Reid needs to remember that people with mental issues don't always have 24 hour notice before an episode hits, especially when that patient has to drive themselves to the doctor. Reid has the monopoly here and that's not right to punish patients who are already suffering. if I could find somewhere else to go, I most certainly would, but I have no choice.
