Had to see a psychiatrist because of surgery I was having also had to take a test 95% of the test I did what was expected to be answered but 3 questions I answered not good according to psychiatrist but didn’t understand what they were trying to say to me , so I just answered my best guess? Well that was the wrong move because now I must go to schedule appt with St Frances Psychiatrist the secretary that you speak to is very rude. They called my wife to schedule my appt then told her she could not schedule my appt but to have me call instead ..so I call them right back explain to them hi I’m .......and I was told to call to schedule my appt the rude secretary replied who is this ? ........ she said wait just a minute put me on hold came back 10 minutes later and said no one called you from this office....WHAT ...WOW then how did I get this number to call saying all this to myself ......she then replied anything else ? No ma’am ..I said ...hung up. . I tried again a week later and the rude secretary answered again and said you can’t schedule an appt you must come to a class session first then we will schedule you ? Didn’t know the Refering Psychiatrist name only spoke to her for 10 minutes on the interview I had to give over the test I took . But she is the only psychiatrist that goes over that test with you and this secretary knew this but would not help me with the name knowing who I was speaking about? Couldn’t give the reference psychiatrist name so once again no appt. my appts also can’t be in a row must be spread out and I even have to go to class first before my sessions even begin . It’s been over a month and still have not seen their psychiatrist. All this is in my opinion is St Frances Psychiatrist department trying to get business for their psych department. I am a married man of 32 yrs and some psychiatrist are Divorced I also have 3 children all serving our country in the UNITED STATES ARMY. don’t smoke or drink don’t watch pornography. But I have problems and need to see their Psychiatrist? Making me do it over 10 minutes with there psychiatrist and a test I took and failed 3 questions on it according to psychiatrist she showed me the test . I now can’t have my surgery until my 3 sessions are done . I’m not suicidal nor wish harm on anyone. But looked like a person that is a punk and will allow them to run all over me . I’m now looking else where to have my surgery done and still not going to see a psychiatrist because they want me to not because I need or want to. My warning to all if a Psychiatrist says you need help then you are screwed they are college professionals and their opinions matter . I think if they would do a news story and uncover the dark side of mental health this would stop. It’s illegal for them to force you to go to THEIR facilities so I’m thinking a way around this is schedule with another place the 3 sessions I’m suppose to have....lol.

She is Rude and doesn't care about your child or your opinion. Her staff is the worst. Can't get anything right nor can they answer what you need and are also very Rude. If I could give them a - 10 I would.
