I really like Jan and Ann as nurse practitioners, They are very friendly, knowledgeable and respectful. However the medication department is terrible. They do not respond to refill requests from the pharmacy. I have had the issue for years and it never improves. I stay because of, first Jan and now Ann as they are great.

I was told two months ago that I had to give insurance information before I could make an appointment. Today, two months later was my appoinment. They called to tell me they don't take my insurance. That's just negligent. When I said this is really bad as I'm not doing well at all the lady just say silently. Terrible place.

I've never had an issue with the front office staff. Dr. Lavely needs to find a new profession. If you need psychiatric help stemming from a sensitive situation good luck. I left my first appointment in tears.

I tried to schedule an appointment, and the receptionist who answered was incredibly rude, and answered my questions sarcastically. I most definitely wouldn't recommend going to a facility that would hire someone like her.

Horrible place! William Lavely is a complete ass. After my first visit I had already wanted to find a new place to go. He was rude never smiles and makes you feel very uncomfortable. I gave him a list of my medications and he wrote them out for me. I wrote them down from memory (my fault) and one of the MG was incorrect (a new medication I had been taking). My pharmacy told me about this when I went to drop it off and they said they would call and let him know. They did just that and bc I am human and make mistakes when I went to my second appointment he said he wouldn’t see me anymore and I was no longer welcome to parkview. Had I known it was going to be an issue that my pharmacy called him and not me then I would have called my self and told him I MADE A MISTAKE. So if you are looking for help with depression he is not the one to see. I’ve never been so embarrassed in my life. I guess if I was a drug addict they would have let it fly.
