REVIEWS OF Osman Clinic & Associates IN Indiana

I will admit that if you want to see Dr. Osman and not one of the other professionals at the clinic, he can be difficult to see, but he has never failed to return my calls. I find him to be a compassionate and knowledgeable doctor. I also find his staff to be compassionate and professional. I also see a therapist there and am very impressed with the help she has given me.

Very pleasant office staff. Bonnie is a very caring and personable therapist. Mary RN is very knowledgeable and both have been key figures with my teen's success.

Absolutely awful. I went there for my ADHD medication, they were totally unprofessional. Out of the blue they send me a $70.00 bill for a "missed appointment" I had no idea about the appointment. I did not make the appointment. The receptionist lied saying they sent a text message reminding me about the appointment. I checked my messages and there was no text message from them. Totally unprofessional. If I could give them a 0/5 I would.

Dr. Osman and his staff are so helpful and compassionate. They have always managed to get me in to see someone when I needed to despite the fact that I didn't have an appt scheduled. It is rare to find a doctor who will call if you have questions.

If I could give my visit to Osman Clinic 0 stars, I would. My provider there, a Nurse Practitioner was absolutely not qualified for her job. Every medication I was on, she had to stop and research it- and these weren't uncommon medications. During the appointment she also asked FIVE different times, i'm not exaggerating, what medications I was on- then, later in the day, I received a 3 minute voicemail saying that she still wasn't clear on what meds I was on. Why even have new patients fill out paperwork and WRITE OUT THEIR MEDS when you will still be asked over and over what you're taking. Not only that, but the appointment was supposed to be one hour, and it ended up being 90 minutes despite the fact that I repeatedly told her I needed to get back to work because I cannot take a 2 hour lunch. Yet, each time, she continued to talk and talk and talk. The session was not worth $250, not even $20 in my opinion and a complete waste of time. No wonder they accept United Health Care- because they are TERRIBLE.

I had been going here and seeing one of their service providers, Mary Hession since I was 15 years old, I am now 21 years old. They closed my account with little to no notice, other than sending something in the mail that I had to sign for or else it would be sent back/I would never receive it (I work a full time 9-5 job during the week & pick up many shifts on weekends, I am not home when the mail service is running) and they never ever called to let me know and should have done so, contacted me by phone or even my parents by phone they would be closing my account, as I signed a release form telling the clinic they had the right to speak with my parents. I pay my remaining balance with them in a quick manner and was told I could re-open my account after it was paid. I contact them asking if I could re-open my account, and I am contacted same day and am told Mary declined my request. This is honestly very disgusting to me as I have been with this clinic and doctor for all of my young adult life (5-6 years) and I am treated like nothing. I am mentally ill, and also have severe ADHD and no longer have access to my medication, I am aware I can find another doctor, but that will take a long time and jumping through many hoops. They are mental health care providers that claims to care about their patients, but they do not, this is just a business to them. Do not come here, unprofessional and disgusting!

This is the first review I've ever written. But I really don't think people should go through what I went. I went to Osman in 2016. In 2018 (2 YEARS LATER) I get a bill from them. My insurance and income changed in 2 years. I called to understand the situation better (dates, reasons why I'm getting a bill 2 years later, etc.). The lady tells me to wait and send me to the manger, Monica Meyer. Monica immediately starts talking in a bad attitude with me, unprovoked mind you. When I ask for further details, she starts yelling at me. Keep in mind, I'm not yelling or fighting, I'm simply asking for more information about the dates. That lady was literally bulling me, while I was just trying to understand my bill. I told her that she was yelling and that I would appreciate it if she calmed down. She then yells at me that she already spent 20 minutes on the phone. I don't know about you but I don't think that's a good excuse, nor is it a way to treat a customer. I went there to seek Psychological help. There should be no excuse for a "psychological clinic" to treat their Patients that way. I would definitely recommend that you go to another place, literally any other place. It doesn't matter how good the doctors are if the Management treats there Patients that way. I regret going there, I really do. I don't want you to have to go through that too.

I have been seeing Tara Gavardinas for the last 4 or so years. I love her and continue to see her even though we moved to Kokomo. She really cares about my well being and wants to make sure I am getting the best treatment for my situation. Whenever starting a new medication, she clearly points our any possible side effects and asks whether I have any concerns or not. If the medication makes me feel uneasy, she has no problem trying to find something that will work instead.
