It is nearly impossible to reach someone without having to leave a voicemail, but I received a call back quickly. Unfortunately, they are not accepting new patients and do not take insurance of any kind. I was convinced to find care elsewhere when the reception was brief, rude, and ended the call quickly. I cannot stress enough that people in healthcare need to have excellent customer service skills as it can maintain and grow their business.
