They turnt me away but they called me back, Im so glad and the therapist and the sign in ladies are nice and beautiful. Thank you for helping me.

Avoid this place at all costs! My husband went to a therapist here for severe depression, and was treated poorly the entire time. First, the very first therapist he saw quit the same day he saw him, right after scheduling another appointment with him. Then, we were told that each therapy session costs approximately $200. That is a complete and total lie. They not only billed us for each $200 therapy session, but they also billed us for a “facility fee” of $378 just for walking into the place. So we have been charged nearly $600 an hour for therapy. When you tell them that nobody could possibly pay $600 an hour for a therapy session, they don’t care. The refuse to own up to their lies, and fix the billing. Finally, the actual psychiatrist my husband was set up with quit after his first appointment with him. So here we are, almost $2000 in debt, and no help for his depression. These people should not be able to practice medicine if this is how their patients are treated.

Doctors don't look at your charts... They just assume they remember. They'll prescribe you the wrong dosage of medication. I know this as, like I said, IT'S IN MY CHART. Radnovich is the worst of all. Routinely arrives hours late for appointments, and doesn't listen to you. He just sits there and rambles off book knowledge which helps no one. So if you like sitting in the waiting area for hours on end (you have nothing better to do like work, right?), then by all means go for it. Too bad it's the only mental health place that accepts my insurance. Otherwise, I'd avoid this place like the plague

I have had nothing but great experiences here with all the staff. They have and are helping me out tremendously. They listen to you and work with you. I highly recommend them

I had no money & no insurance in the mid-2000s, so I had to use Wishard and its services. I went to 2 locations for Midtown. They never assigned me a case worker or doctor, they continually screwed up my meds and doses, and finally denied me medical care while wrongfully accusing me of drug seeking. They were happy to put a bipolar depressive on the street without meds. They're incompetent and don't care. Avoid if at all possible.
