In my vast experience with doctors, especially psychiatrists, none even compare to Dr. Valena. She is BY FAR the most talented, genuine, knowledgeable, thoughtful, sincere, helpful, brilliant, insightful and compassionate physician I have ever encountered. During my darkest time as an adolescent, Dr. Valena truly saved my life. Over the last 15 years since I first became her patient, I have referred several of my own family members and loved ones to her practice. The quality of care at Valena & Associates is beyond compare and has changed/improved/saved my life as well as the lives of countless others in need. If you or someone you love needs the absolute best psychiatric care provider(s), look no further.

Depressing place, office is dark and poor condition and there is a toxic atmosphere between Dr. Valena, other providers and the office staff . Patient records are piled all around the front office on every available surface including the floor. (HIPPA??) Patients are treated with little respect from the front office staff. Recently retired Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (APRN) was the one shining star of the office and they were not helpful or kind to her patients as we were looking to find a new provider. Dr. Valena may be a good psychiatrist but she is a horrible business owner.
