Terrible. Shoot will tell you self-judgement is at the root of your problems, yet he will constantly judge you. Within 15 minutes 1st visit he told me other therapists in his office were clueless. That's a sign... Shoot believes in the "talking cure", only he believes the therapist should do all the talking. I've never had a therapist that talked, or shushed me, as much as Shoot. He said a request for time off from work would be self indulgent. He told me migraines and fibromyalgia aren't real.
