Lol what did I like? Nothing. Very rude ppl who don't care about what ur going thru all they want is that money in ur pocket. Screw that place man I'm lookin for a new person to see about medicines cuz that guy I was going to had me on like 3 different ones at one point....like wut. VERY RUDE INCONSIDERATE PPL WHO DON'T HAVE FEELINGS TOWARDS OTHERS. NOT RECOMMENDED.

After a year of my husband suffering panic attacks that left him missing work and quitting a good job. We found dr munir as a last ditch effort to figures something out and within the first appointment we had a plan of action and answers as entire why he was feeling the way he was. I’m so thankful for this place for giving me my husband back and our life back.

Rude condescending staff, you are treated like a dollar bill not a patient. They do not make accommodations or understand that people have life events that may cause them to miss an appointment, wont refill medication even though you could potentially have a seizure by not taking the medication. $50 Fee, and when you write a poor review online using your real name you receive a certified letter stating they no longer want you as a patient.

TL;DR — This office views mental health as a business and nothing more. Dr. Munir is average and the office staff are deplorable. I went 10 days without medication because the office was closed without notice. Their voicemail did not mention anything of this, nor did they provide an emergency number if someone needed to authorize a refill. I’ve shown up to appointments where the office staff does not have me on their schedule. Even after showing the my appointment card, they roll their eyes like I’m an inconvenience! I attempted to reschedule my most recent appointment and, due to Dr. Munir taking yet another extended vacation, was told I would be dropped due to the gap in appointments this would create.

Honestly, the negative reviews flabbergasted me. I have no skin in the game other than to say that the staff always returned my call same day and Dr. Munir has even answered the phone when other personnel were occupied. Dr. Munir takes time with the patient and has a good understanding of which meds work for what ailment. It has been lifesaving to me and I am most grateful.

Dr. Munir bases the entire course of your treatment on a 15 question "yes or no" assessment, similar to a psychiatric test you can take online. Interrupting you with the next question if you try to explain any of your answers. He insisted on having my husband in the room, even asking if he would make a decision on switching my medications for me, as though I were mentally unfit to determine my own health care...during my first visit! He endorsed secondary victimization by implying the situation which traumatized me was the fault of my own "mental instability" and crafting the perpetrator as some misunderstood hero.
