Site is inaccurate. Site says same day consult normally within a couple hours. After reaching out to customer service they advised it takes a couple days. The site says: Same Day Online Consult Talk with a psychiatrist or therapist today by telephone and/or videoconference. Simply submit an e-PsychiatryProTM request for a provider consultation, and receive a call back typically within a few hours. e-Psychiatry allows you to identify your required and preferred criteria for the providers who respond to your consult request, including the type of provider and age groups they treat, and the reason you need care today. This allows treating providers to match their experience and training to your clinical needs. Possible services include initial consultation, assessment, therapy, medication management and referral to other providers for longer term care. Patients are charged a standard flat fee for services, and have the chance to rate their provider on various measures of performance. This is very misleading information. Typically a couple of hours but from this I would expect at least the same day. Not days later.
