Just tried to schedule an appointment. The front desk staff refused to tell me the address so I could know where to go. My doctor didn't give me a location, just a phone number which I put into google to find this. What's so secretive about this office that the front desk staff only answers in vague "it's near Stop 11 road" and "on the south side of Indy"? When someone asks "where is the office located?" the ONLY correct answer is "8122 Madison Ave, Indianapolis, IN".

Dr. Deal and his staff are top notch. Dr. Deal is an Internist, working many years in that field and then now a Psychiatrist. He's the best and has had me stable for the last 8 years. He's very knowledgeable.

I am honest, he schedules appointments at 9am then Doctor doesn't even come into the office until noon. Think I'm lying check it out yourself. He is a great doctor but he won't be in business much longer

well everytime i go into the office this young gal she works at the office would say o god. everytime i walk into the office and one time she told the other gal hes handicapped i asked her why she said that that i already know my own strenghts a month ago i confronted the lady at the desk she told scott nichols he told me not to ask the people that you make them feel uncomfortable. i would say that i feel singled out i would say scott has a dry personality i dont like sitting by the office window i think the office staff is unprofessional

Arrived at my appointment time and then had to wait 3 hours to be seen. When I asked Dr. Deal about this he was unapologetic and simply said "if you want to be seen on time you should get afternoon appointments." He then told me my previous therapist was wrong, diagnosed me with something new, and refused to prescribe my previous medication. Overall, a terrible experience and I will be finding another provider.

Glad I chose to go here! I felt comfortable and important to them- I highly recommend this facility!! The Doc is authentic and shows real concern towards his patients which is a quality very difficult to find in this day and age.

Kicked me out for my first drug screen failure then tried changing my insurance over $6,000. You are corrupt and my insurance refused payment.

He is just a wonderful dr. He is the cheapest around if your paying cash. Its 125 a month plus 30 dollars for counseling

I know two people that see him once a month. There apts.are between 9 and 10 everytime. He has never showed up before noon. THIS IS TOTALLY UNETHICAL AND SHOULD BE REPORTED TO THE MEDICAL BOARD!! They basically spend 8 hours including drive time to see this quack. If your not going to see patients until then,make apts accordingly. Must be all about the meds!!? Sad. Insurance money must be good!!

Life changing things go on in this office. Dr. Deal and his staff are polite and caring. I couldn't ask for a better atmosphere to receive help for my condition. And never once have they looked down on me or made me feel uncomfortable about why I'm here. Love the staff from the top back.

The front staff is very nice, polite, and do not judge or,look down on patients no matter what their conditions are. Dr Deal actually takes the time to talk to me, and other patients I know he has, he doesn't just take the time to talk to you, he really explains everything in terms you can understand without making you feel stupid, and seems to always sincerely care about his patients all around. This is why I give him a 5 star rating he and his staff really deserve it ,there are very few doctors and nurses that treat their patients, this good not to mention be that sincere. Way to go Dr. Deal and Linda and all the staff you by far the best, Dr. I've ever ran across. Thank you so much for all your help and care!!!!

He actually listens to what u say and then trys what he thinks will work. He is very smart, he knows his medication which is unusual these days. He knows what meds will work with what illness u have. He is really amazing. U just have to gove him a try and your time. The front desk lady is wonderful too. She trys to work with u on your time and she is amazing too. Thank u.

Dr. Deal is by far the best Dr. That I have seen for my treatment. He is understanding, educated and down to earth . He cares about your success and obviously has put in many hours researching & studying treatment . Unfortunately my insurance has changed and he isnt accepting state insurance or I would have him as my doctor . I call The secretary Linda every 6 moths or so and ask if he is taking hip yet. Linda compliments Dr.Deals office . I found her to be a warm , down to earth secretary , unlike alot of the offices Linda makes you feel welcome.
