I was 5 minutes late..I drove 3 hours to come there. Told them I was pulled over on the way. Not to mention there was a bad snow storm and Wabash did a terrible job plowing their roads. Explained all this to her and Cinnamon still declined to see me because I was 5 minutes late. I heard the secretary say she didn’t have another appointment until 11am. I got there at 9:05. Ridiculous! THE WORST SERVICE EVER! Especially considering the weather and no grace period!

I take my grandchildren here. They were being HORRIBLY abused There counselors are A GOD SEND! So kind patient understanding compassionate .They help me as well as my children give me tools & help me understand so that I can do my very best to help my children.I thank God this place & there counselors

I called in to make an appointment and never got a call back. Then I called in to try again to make the appointment and this time they took my insurance information pulled me I was supposed to get a bunch of stuff in the mail to fill out and never got it nor the doctor's name. I called in and they refuse to mail it out told me to come in early to fill it out and then provided the doctor's name. Not impressed very unprofessional. Also even with great insurance it was SUPER EXPENSIVE... WON'T go back.

I was charged hundreds of dollars for them to tell me it would be several moths before they could help me at all. Beware of this place and its unethical buisness practices.

I called about a week and a half ago for marriage counseling and never got a call back wasn't registered didn't have any questions to answer they basically didn't want to help me. I called back today they registered me got me an initial appointment set up and wanted to help. So clearly whoever they've got working at the desk depending on the day didn't want to help or do their job and needs to be evaluated on my initial call. And most places have computer systems so they can look up my phone number and get every time I've called them

If I could give it 0 stars I would. Therapist was rarely in. Several times I showed up and was told she was not in so I was sent home. In fact my so called therapist was on vacation for over a month and was never given the option to see another therapist. Now I have been fired from my job because I had to many no call no shows even though I showed up. Last time I went in the receptionist said she wasn't in and I asked to have verified documentation saying she was unavailable. After 10 minutes of arguing she left and went to talk to my therapist that supposedly not there. Therapist is a lyer trying to over her ass and the receptionist will do anything to save her job. Don't go there if you are seeking drug rehabilitation. You'll get fired and lose your job like me.
