Do not let your loved one go here, they nearly killed my father. He was taken directly to ER from here after 3 weeks and had severe infection, malnutrition, and severe dehydration. He also had fallen twice, we had to demand x-rays and found he had broken rib. Plus, doctor on site refused to see us. My Dad could eat on his own and walk when he arrived, could do neither after 2 weeks.

When I initially started I thought it was a great place to work . Until the racial discrimination started. Instated there for a while because the money was good and I worked very close to home.

Only giving one star because I can't go lower or into the negatives. Do NOT send anyone you love to this place. It's horrible! We had TWO patients tells us to get mom out of there as quick as possible. Aides more interested in TV, laughing with each other and avoiding the cameras than taking care of patients. Was told family would receive a call from assigned physician and psychiatrist -- never spoke with physician until couple days before mom's release and have yet to hear boo from the psychiatrist. Mom was sitting in a wet shirt where she accidently spilled her water on her for 3 hours during the coldest week in January. We asked several times if she was getting bathed and was told yes, every other day. I find it hard to believe she was getting bathed since she wore the same clothes for at least 3 days. Not everyone has an advocate to help with their medical care when they are unable to and I honestly thought I was doing a good job but I totally failed my mom with this place. Absolutely horrible!
