Im a fairly new resident in Granite City but learning fast the health care standards here arent that great. I thought St Louis was bad. I went in over a month ago I knew I had a UT infection. Dr Sieh saw me but asked very little of my symptoms or of another issue.He was primarily concerned with testing for std. It actually took them a week to notify me (they had my email, phone # and I sign up or their `portal) that still does not have the results of the tests where it is supposed to, that I had an E Coli infection. So after taking a week to tell me I had a dangerous E Coli infection, now they say I dont need to be retested after one course of antibiotics. When everything I read says you do have to be. It was even the same person Chris who told me I dont need to be retested even though she had told me previously to that it would be difficult to keep it from recurring. So now I am trying to find a new provider. Dr Sieh is completely disinterested in providing any medical care for me most likely due to personal bias he maintains. And now they tell me all the other Drs they have are not receiving new patients. They are dumping me knowing the dangerous situation Im in and didnt even bother to refill my prescriptions for long term medication I must take. So now I cant get that refilled. I have genuine and valid reasons to believe this is all due to Dr Sieh exhibiting such unprofessional personal bias and lack of understanding.

The doctor and staff no good every time I'm make appointments for my child 6 month waiting and the day we go see doctor check up we waited 3hr or 5hr makes me mad baby doctors here suck never do anything right I'm spoke with meager staff told me wait 48min I'm out off time I have to go work and no sleep cause kids need checkups for school I'm found new doctor same day and see my kids in 15min

Very long wait time. Appointment was at 230 and didn't see the doctor till 300. Receptionists were not very friendly.

Absolutely horrible the receptionist didn't know phones were still connected to the exchange line. And the wait time is crazy. And would also be helpful if the nurse actually called people back this is just one of bad experiences I have had here

I called twice to speak to the nurse no one answered waited ten minutes both times they just hung up without answering. I don't know about you but I call that very unethical

Very unprofessional staff, waiting more than 20 minutes just for someone to answer the phone so I can make an appointment....and they never answer!! Just throw the whole business away. I'm sick of them.

My grandchildren visited with Dr. Lindsay yesterday for their dental appointment. This was the first time in their office. From the time we walked into the waiting room, examined and checkout we were greeted with the nicest and most professional people. I highly recommend their services, especially if you have a grandchild that is very reluctant to go to "any" kind of Doctor. Thanks again! See you in 6 months.

I must say that the staff here is very unprofessional. I'm going to say Elizabeth Ewigg is an awesome person as well as a dr. The lady who does the lab is also a blessing. Sweet, kind and very professional. And also the nurse who works for Elizabeth is also very professional and as sweet as the day is long. As far as the staff, there rude, rachet and very unprofessional. They need all new stuff and .

Let me start off by saying I have been a patient here for quite some time with no problems with my obgyn but when I started searching for a primary care physician They signed me up first with a Chinese man who spoke little English & was very hard to work with so they resigned me to someone new Elizabeth Ewig & this by far has been the most difficult situation I've ever been in with a doctor. I arrived for my appointment & when she entered the room she brought a student who would be watching & learning our session & I told her that I would rather not It was hard subject for me to talk about & she again proceeded to say how he is training to get a job like hers & how it would only be a few mins & I got super uncomfortable & just tried to say the nicest way I could again that what is going on with me is not something that is easy to talk about so she said okay and that I would have to wait longer now so she could see another patient with him first, about 15 minutes later she came in and sat down , I started to explain how one doctor had diagnosed me with fibermyalgia which is a muscle disease that can't be seen with a blood test it's a number of symptoms and flare ups that come and go different for each person so I tried to start off saying what started when I was little with my back pain, my nerulogical issues where I have fainted , felt weakness fatigue constant low blood pressure and problems that have been progressing over time but before I even explained just the vertigo & feeling faint spells she said well I don't diagnose fibermyalgia & I asked who could I see that does specialize in that area & proceeded If I was drinking water and then I reassured her I was very healthy drinking plenty a day then she tells me I need atleast 9 or ten glasses even tho I already mentioned I drink almost a gallon a day she continued to interrupt me after every symptom I explained & it became really hard for me to discuss so I said I think I should find maybe another doctor and she said well there is one but he won't take you with the kind of insurance you have and unless we give you a referral he won't see you & that to get a referral she could order lab work to do a blood test & if we find something wrong with you even tho my symptoms and fibermyalgia can't be seen with a blood test then she will get me a referral in to see him. I said well I don't care if he can't take my insurance I'll pay I need to see him & she said he doesn't take cash Patients. I got upset but stayed calm and just said I'll do the blood work and go from there anyways and she handed me the papers and she said proceeded to tell me that there's nothing we can really do didn't tell me what room to go get my blood drawn at she said my symptoms we're really fague" even though I've fainted and had vertigo and extreme muscle pain for years apparently my symptoms weren't good enough" worst experience by far I've ever had & it's really sad how many people in the medical field especially at this office don't even know what they are doing or even speak English. The other primary care doctor I saw that was Chinese couldn't even speak enough English to help me with my allergies. DO NOT SEE DR. EWIG When I also mentioned my anxiety attacks I ha EA a from when I'm in pain and have irritable bowel syndrome which is another symptom she suggested maybe seeing a therapist about it since I'm up and loosing sleep" I never said I lost sleep I said it was associated with my pain and anxiety is another symptom and she proceeded to just smerk and make a mockery of everything I said. I pray noone has to deal with what I went thru with this doctor. Doctors are supposed to make you feel heard and help you find out what's wrong and make a list of every symptom !! And see how it's all related so you can find what's wrong!!

Let me start with saying this my children go here and I’ve never really had a problem other than I didn’t think it was ok to give a baby shots while they are already sick. (My daughter became very ill from the shots) Dr.k is an awesome pediatrician tho!!! The pediatric dentist is a joke he does not have patience and cares about whose next in line rather than taking the time to do something right. Now my sons tooth is jagged and cuts his lip because he was rushing!!!!!! I recently seen the doctor for myself and he was pretty cool.BUT I am a very bad asthmatic, and I needed to get ahold of a nurse so I called the after hour exchange which was useless because the operator had no idea what to do and there were only OBs on call. I ended up going to emergency and got an steroid inhailer on top of more steroids. They weren’t really helping me like the nebulizer machine does( had one, my sons but someone stole it) so I called and left a message to see if I could get a prescription for one. No call back not one !!!!!!!! I should have to keep going to the hospital when I have a primary doctor and I’ve called insurance and they do cover the machines !!!!!!! So I’m just confused on why it’s taking so long !!!!!!!!!!! I would say 50/50 for this one

First of all they do not answer the phones at all. They are so unprofessional , found out some bad news about a family member and it took Dr. Thomas 2 month of numerous calls to tell us what was going on. Then they schedule to see a specialist and gave us the wrong information. She was also told that she couldn't get spoke to about her situation until July. I hate this place and will never recommend anyone

My doctor (well no longer after today) is very UN supportive and plain out terrible! Her name is Doctor Elizabeth Ewig...First off let me say losing 70 lbs in 8 months can be done in a healthy way. What kind of doctor tells you that you pretty much can't do it! What kind of doctor says it's not possible! Your a lie! I told her I paid for a bbl to be done in March and I told her the price..She says to me with that money I could have hired a personal trainer. The negativity I got this morning was alot. I will no longer go to her, she gave me weight loss pills, but they were anti depressants as well. I couldn't take them and she tells me we are all out of options. There are plenty of options to get healthy, but with her I guess not. I don't know why I bothered talking to her about my health or my problems...All I can do now is to continue making her a liar.

They schedule their appointments too close together so you are guaranteed to be in the waiting room at least 30 minutes every single time. Then you get another 20-30 minutes waiting in your room. The doctors are too busy to answer your questions and the nurse that is supposed to help you, doesn't. My insurance information has been deleted from their computers multiple times so I have received bills that should have never existed. Because of this, I have spent countless hours on the phone trying to straighten things out with my insurance. If you call with a question they tell you the nurse will call you back. I have never gotten a response in less than 24 hours. I could keep going bit I think you get the point. This place is trash. Save your sanity and just go somewhere else.

They are very unprofessional I had to resign my son up twice because they lost his info. They never call back they ether say his at at lunch or in vacation when I tried calling every 3 weeks the last couple months worst place I am Def gonna find my son a different pediatric dentist.

I love almost every doctor their especially Doctor Wasserman he saved my life and best of all my sons life. Both of my boys see doctor Kesserlring who is amazing in making sure they get the highest care he can possibly bring to them. The medical ladies that sit up in the front are very caring loving people they too can have there bad days but I wouldn't say they are rude. One of the great things is they are the same people you see every month there not different ones. For being primarily a lower incomed doctors office I would say they are doing a good job at their jobs.

Tried to make a appointment for my son. They are open untill 4:30 but make no appointments after 2:30 so i have to miss a day of work to take him to the doctor. They have open appointment times but refuse to do his sports physical untill November even tho I did it in October last year. Now he can not do training camps for his sport. I have called another doctor he will be seen before November and have his sports physical done all still in October. If you want good ratings I suggest when someone calls to make a appointment you don't make them wait 2 months.
