Dr. Preston is highly intelligent with a broad understanding of what affects mental health. He is warm and accepting, and has a sense of humor. He is able to connect with people because of his kind and 'every day' approach to communication. He LISTENS to what a patient tells him and what they think about their situation. He does not necessarily 'take the lead' in treatment, but encourages 'team' work with his patient and himself. His knowledge of psychotropic medications and their use is exemplary.

Very laid back and understanding! He actually works with you and usues your opinions and feedback to make a better plan. Not one of those doctors who think they know what's best and don't even agree on meds you get put on. My favorite out of many doctors I've had.

Dr. Preston has been my favorite Psychiatrist of all I’ve worked with. He spends time with you, listens and cares. He knows his meds and for me as I’m sure if you express needs for help, he will work through price challenges to help get medicine when cost was an issue. I have moved far away and honestly am debating traveling back to see him because I liked him THAT much!

It's amazing that someone gets paid so much to do so little. The man cannot even dress himself and he is here advising others with greater problems than which sweater vest is less wrinkled. Mostly renews existing recommendations from greater psychs I have seen prior to him. Haven't had a med change in 3 years despite feeling terrible most of the time. What a quack. I would only recommend those that need med monitoring that don't expect much other than continuations. It's all he is capable of.
