This is a review of the office. I couldn't make the first appointment. They called and told me I would have to pay $50 for the missed appointment. How are they going to try to charge someone without knowing the policies? Thats like giving people a parking ticket when there are no signs. if the office is trying to make money like that, then I have to question the whole integrity of the office. Who do you think you are? How are you going to charge me if I never come in? Good luck! (And I wonder why I dont like psychiatrists.

I found Dr. Shukhman to be a savior in trying times!!! I was in deep depression with high anxiety and negativity running nearly 100%. After seeing numerous incompetent professionals and a few greedy ones too, I had the good fortune to cross paths with Dr. Mark Shukhman who not only listened but who also truly cared and was calming and reassuring in his approach. This instantly calmed my nerves and central nervous system. His mild medicate/natural holistic approach brought my body chemistry and confidence back to normal levels. Because of him I am alive and thriving. Everyone please beware of the other so called "Professionals" who will over medicate and over prescribe thereby putting you in a weakened state to be yourself and make sound decisions. Our bodies were not meant to be on so many mind altering drugs and sometimes the risks are simply not worth it. Dr Shukhman, thank you for your practicality, love and great sense of humor and God bless you and save you always!!!

He is ok because he easily prescribes what you need BUT some of his personal suggestion prescriptions are of questionable value. For example he was giving me vicodins for my depression but as if he didnt know this vicodins contain acetaminophen which caused me severe liver problems. He should educate himself better and try other opiates for depression that do not contain this toxic chemical.

These people prescribed me dangerous psychiatric drugs without warning me their ability to cause involuntary movements, Akathesia, suicide thoughts, insomnia, etc. Run away from them! I am off this garbage for good and done with their fraudulent addictive practices.

Thanks to the honest, caring professional Dr. Shukman, I am alive and well. He helped to ween me off of the dangerous mind-altering meds, especially that wicked Klonopin prescribed to me by by a previous Psychiatrist who did NOT explain the risks involved and link to suicides. I had suffered the Akathisia so common to benzo usage and nearly ended my life because I could literally not sleep or stop moving physically for weeks due to the most unimaginable inner restlessness and anxiety where my brain felt it was on fire. The attempt I made I was unaware of due to the influence of the drug and I had impaired or no judgment left at all. After beating my benzo addiction Dr. Shukman helped get me back to natural living remedies, including exercise, meditation and natural herbs. He is not anti-medicine but he knows of the racket the medical industrial complex engages in and the big pharmaceutical dollars generated at the expense of lives lost and families devastated. Dr. Shukman discloses all risks and known side effects of the meds he prescribes.
