Extremely negligent. This doctor let me go multiple times without medication and then just recently discontinued my care and all of my very serious and strong medication leaving me at huge risk and making me have to go on medical leave at my job. You’d think that since Jamie’s own sister committed suicide that she would care more about her patients but honestly that’s not the case unless she’s getting paid. This entire place is disgusting.

Jamie is very nice but has no idea what she is prescribing. As she sits on her computer and says hmm...lets try this even though it says increased blood sugar and I am diabetic or another med try this can cause anxiety and that is why I am there. Looking for a dr to prescribe whatever you want she will totally negligent. The caucasian who sits to the right in front desk is very rude and fake. She makes fun of clients to other office staff where you can hear her. Shame on this place and staff

The staff at Southern Illinois Associates has made each appointment comfortable. They are very well organized and explain all options thoroughly. Furthermore, Ms Jaimie Mendoza FNP has been truly wonderful. Her original diagnosis has proven to be very accurate and the course of treatment has been extremely effective. All of the staff has seemingly gone out of their way to make my experience pleasant. I am very happy to have found such a well ran business in my exact area of need so close to home! Needless to say I strongly recommend The Southern Illinois Associates of Glen Carbon!
