I’m really not the type to write bad reviews but I had a terrible experience at this place. I went there and told the Psychiatrist that the medication that I was on was making me have suicidal thoughts and severe panic attacks (which I’ve never had before in my life) and she refused to switch my medication. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone, please find a psychiatrist who actually cares about your opinion and overall well-being.

We found the perfect place for us. I love that Kara keeps up with new and current literature and knows what is best for her patients. She really listens and gets to know her patients and works with you to achieve the best treatment plan; I would never take my family anywhere else.

Ive been going to see Dr Lee since high school and he is very good at using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy alongside having a philosophical, spiritual like view to treatment. Very effective if you are looking for objectivity, sustainable change, and adopting a healthy life perspective.

My doctor has always been kind and seems helpful in person but when it comes to returning phone calls there is zero professionalism. I have never once got called back the same day, and once finally reached out to it is never my actual doctor. The staff is rude and extremely unhelpful. It should not take three days for a suicidal patient to be answered or any patient for that matter. Every single time I speak with a woman named Debbie she is shockingly rude and quite honestly needs to be fired especially considering the type of company she is working for. I have been going to this doctor for over 4 years now and have yet to find the medication/ help I need. They recently tried to prescribe me the same medication that I had already taken for 6 months which did not seem to help me simply because they forgot they had already prescribed it. Do not waste your time, they do not truly care about your health and well-being.

I never write bad reviews but want people to know what they may getting— I have never felt listened to by my psychiatrist here. I am rushed out the door and given a new med every time I go in. I explained that I am having severe memory problems, panic attacks, and dissociating and was told that my med has "zero side effects" so it's just depression. I was taken off a medication cold turkey. The front desk staff are very rude. In fairness, some of my meds have definitely helped and my psychiatrist was also available for an emergency call, which I very much appreciate.

Horrible office. Wait on average 1 hr to be seen, and now back for the third time for the same script because they can't write them correctly. DO NOT GO HERE

I wouldn’t even give this place a star. The staff is rude. I was having problems with my medication and never received a callback from my doctor. Psychiatry is one area where callbacks should be necessary but Conventions obviously thinks their patients are jokes. I found a much caring place that is closer to my house.

As someone who's received psychiatric treatment for the past 6 years, I can safely say this is the best clinic I've ever been to. Psychiatrists are thorough, understanding, and genuinely caring of their patients while therapists are good listeners, intuitive, and constructive on a personally unprecedented level. Definitely would recommend to anyone either seeking help for the first time or unsatisfied with their current care system.

I've been seeing Dr. Lee for about 2 years, I was recommended to him by another psychologist a good friend of mine because I was having trouble finding someone I liked. It was difficult but he was patient with me and over time I feel I've made a great deal of progress, some of my anxiety and depression which I've had since I was a kid has gotten better. It's not a quick easy fix but I would highly recommend Dr. Lee for CBT!!

Every time you show up they’ll tell you that you owe $100+ and struggle for an explanation when you ask them why. I was stupid and paid in full every time only to show up the next month and find out I had $160 in unpaid fees which magically appeared. They changed psychiatrists on me and gave me a new one who was not familiar at all with my situation or treatment plan.

This place is awful, I wouldn’t suggest this place to anyone. I have been going here for 10 years and now all the sudden they charge me 100 for cancelling an appt I couldn’t go to even if I wanted to and I tell my counselor that every that we meet I cannot meet for long or frequent because I work a lot, about 10 to 12 hours a day and I live alone so things are already hard enough for me. Then the operator has to give me the most Attitude about the situation and making me feel awful when I already go there for counseling on depression and bipolar disorder all they want is there money at this place and I have had it good bye. Update they ignored me for about a week now my account balance is more and they are blaming it all on me the person on the phone was extremely rude and would not listen to anything I said please do not go here

I wish I could rate this more than 1 star. Yolanda was the highlight of our interaction. I would not recommend this place to anyone that wants top notch psychiatric help or counseling. You are a number on their list. Run from this practice. We will not be back.

Extremely compassionate and understanding staff. In particular Kara, a physicians assistant there, has been an immense help with properly assessing my situation and responding accordingly. She treats me like an individual and makes an effort to understand my needs and actually listens to your experiences with different medications and tries to help find something that works. Even when my medication got stolen, the staff helped me through the process of getting my prescription replaced

I would not even give this place a 1 star rating. First off, I was billed for an appt that I never even made or attended, I was never notified of this then was sent a letter from a collection agency two years after the fact and this popped up only because I'm in the pre-approval process of purchasing a home. The staff is completely unprofessional, spoke with "Lauren" at the front desk she was not able to have me speak with a manager about this and was told their was nothing they could do for me that I would have to contact the collection agency, when I spoke with them they told me conventions psy had to speak with them since they sent this on "error" after all of this trouble and speaking with "Lauren" at the front desk she does not know who does the billing for the office she works for then gave me a false number, she also told me she took my number down and was going to have "a manager" return my call, I also asked her if she could email/fax a statement saying that I have a $ zero balance and that this was a mistake on their behalf for my records so that I could send this to the collection agency along with a credit company to file a dispute, she said she is unable to do that and will mail me something. This is completely illegal and unacceptable for I am in the process of speaking with an attorney. I would never trust such a business who makes such mistakes with people's confidential information. When a business makes a mistake it should be doing the up most to fix its mistakes for its patients, I would not trust this business nor recommend anyone to this place of so called business.
