Dr Colen is a horrible P Doc. He doesn’t show a modicum of respect or concern to his patients. He is very condescending, and unprofessional. Not something you need when you are experiencing the crippling pain of depression and anxiety.Going to appointments with him caused me more anxiety than I already had. I highly recommend looking elsewhere for your psychiatric needs.

Dr Colen shoots it to you straight. I appreciated his blunt forward conversation. He confirmed what my inner voice was saying but I continued to try to ignore it. Change doesn't come easily. Sometimes you just need someone to bluntly say it is okay to change life. Give yourself permission to grow beyond other's needs and expectations!! I thank him for his devoted assistance in my journey!

I’ve had my fair share of experiences with psychiatrists and he was by far the worst. Do not recommend. Find someone else.

Worst experience ever with a medical professional. Was not satisfied after first visit, so I called to cancel the next appointment, (two weeks in advance) and was told "Dr Colen does not accept cancellations, either come in or pay $265!!" are you kidding me? Went through several different people and finally was told to just show up for five minutes so they could atleast bill the insurance company rather than me pay out of pocket. SCAM! Stay away from this doctor.

Three visits amounts to nothing but a referral. Wouldn't it be awesome to charge so very much for nothing at all. I was able to tell Dr. Colen more about my meds than he knew, then he tells me on third visit that he doesn't deal with meds at all. However, he never talked about anything that wasnt related to the meds.

I went in with anxiety and depression. Came out suicidal. He showed no care or concern. He told me he had no idea what had caused my problem and I just needed to figure out what I wanted to do. It was a nightmare. How he still has a license amazes me. I wish I could give less than one star. He caused more damage than help.
