I would give this place 0 stars!!! I was hired through facebook by Krystalrose, it sounded kind of fishy getting hired through facebook, I had to ask for an in person interview, she seemed stunned when I asked. She set me up with one, but then she flaked out and had one of the house supervisors interview me, they had lost my application the reason why she felt the urge to hire me through facebook. But what came next is major red flags they lost my w-4's. So I worked the graveyard shift lots of their employees slept only ones that didn't was the hard working ones, they are really easy to tell apart. I took pictures of the girl working with me every hour and sent them to the house supervisor I was advised to do so by the house mangers and other staff, but evidently she didn't like to be woken up during the night, so she sent me text, I have included them her respond was kind of hideous, like she was blaming me for not doing my job. My years in this field I have always gave my 100% and have done my job that I have been paid to do!!! Than when I snapped back my reply she then sends the second text. Which I should take to the state of Idaho, telling me to false document on a client that I was not assigned to and do the lazy ones job while she slept on the clients couch... And this staff is STILL employed at Pearl!!

I have been waiting since may 1st 2019 For a certain doctor to call me with results for my son's testing I have not heard anything I called to day asking to speak with him and the sooner they can get my son in to go over his testing is June 3rd 2019 tell me how tht's going to work because the school needs all his diagnosed papers before school gets out on May 31st. So my poor child has to go Another 2 and a 1/2 weeks with meds that are not doing him any good. August 24th 2018. Arrived for my sons 330PM APPT, we get called back at 440p appt lasted 12 mins. If you know certain doctors take 2 hours for patients why in god's name would you scheduled clients every 30-45 mins for certain doctors. It makes no sense. I have a life to and I WILL not stop planning my life just bc they don't know how to schedule right. Hmmm same issue as today 8/14/18. I've tried calling them friday(they say they opened until 630) but yet turn phones off at 5pm. Saturday they claim to be opened 8-2 but yet phones are off all day.. WTF. I'm going to sit here until they realize this momma means business I absolutely hate the nurses that this place. Don't tell me you will call when it is ready and then I show up 6 hours later and its NOT EVEN done! You can wait or come back?! You gonna pay for my fuel to drive back and forth all day! If my child didn't need this service I would screw off.

I can’t speak on everyone’s experience, but mine has been good. I also work at another clinic and understand the ins and outs and stress involved. I have loved having Adam as a therapist there, so basically my 5 stars is for him. I don’t like meds, so that experience would be negative no matter what, but all doctors make you wait, so everyone who expects a drive thru psychiatrist maybe you need to check your expectations at the door. Also, I miss Kelsey, she was great! Other front desk have been good too, and they’ve even put up with my bad days with caring and understanding. Get rid of the small window, it’s uncomfortable.

I called multiple times to get an appointment, then they tell me my intake packet was never received I took one in then with there "new update system" I have submitted 2 and still nothing and they were rude about it when I told them this would be the 4th time doing them. Happy to go somewhere else I'm going to need it after dealing with this place...

The front staff is very friendly and helpful. We have a lot of appointments to schedule and they are fast at scheduling them and very helpful on finding the best time slots for us. Thank you front staff.

This is the most unprofessional institution I have been to. I have been an RN since 1986. I am severely bipolar my meds are spot on disputed horrible life circumstances. I had been living in an other state smaller state had the best of care both my doctor and inpatient care. The doctor never said who she was or make any introduction just started firing questions off. I had over 8 years of documentation sent. Can they not even read. OMG the wait even with appt. waited over an hour and I was early. Go somewhere else. !!!!

This place is a joke! You make an appointment, get there early and wait 2 hours to be seen. Every time! Then if you get a prescription you have to call them twice a day for 2 weeks to get them to call it in. Their staff is inconsiderate, lazy, and rude.

Worst customer service from their admins to office manager. The waiting room smelled horrible the moment I walked into the building. I wouldn’t recommend anyone going there for any type of service. I waited an hour in the waiting room, and had to ask for the answers. 2 hours wasted at this place and not going to waste anymore time there!

If you or a loved one is looking for help, go to pearl health! The entire staff at pearl health is incredible! I honestly didn’t think I could change my underlying mood disorders and I finally found Anna Palmer at pearl health clinic. When I first met her I told her, “Anna if you can make me happy I will love you forever!” We tried one medication after a few intensive appointments with her and it worked! I have never met anyone as compassionate and understanding as Anna Palmer and her amazing nurses! Please if you or a loved one is looking for help with any concerns with mental health, go to pearl health!

Mental health is a something that is affecting our kids a lot. Recently when we were faced with having to have 24 hour supervision for our daughter we ran out of resources until we contacted Pearl Health. I thank Lydia for being so proactive and taking this matter very seriously. Immediately we found a program she qualified for through Pearl Health! We have been so pleased with the respite care and her worker Brooke is amazing! Highly recommend it!

If I could give this no stars, I would. We travel from Pocatello to see a doctor and will end up waiting 2-3 HOURS in the waiting room BEFORE EVEN SEEING THE DOCTOR. This happens every single time. I do not know anyone that schedules their entire day to just sit in an office for a 45 min visit! We had an appointment scheduled for 4:30pm and did not end up seeing a doctor until 6:30-6:45pm, which didn't get us back home until 8:30pm at night. It is very unprofessional and not to mention, inconsiderate. There have been numerous times we have up and walked out because we have other arrangements (like most people do). Their receptionists should take their complaints seriously and schedule accordingly so their patients aren't waiting forever. I absolutely will not recommend ANYONE here.

The customer service at Pearl Health Clinic is HORRIBLE!!! There was only one nurse who wasnt rude. The reseption people were very unprofessional! I felt like I was being judged every time I talked to the staff there!! I would not recommend going there just because of the customer service.

I have been receiving help at Pearl Health Clinic for several years now. Every time I go, I am greeted by friendly staff, personally walked to my appointments, and given top-tier healthcare treatment. The staff here does have a high turnover, which can make long-term treatment difficult because you have to get to know new people. Also, it can be hard finding times that work with my schedule as my Doctor has weird hours. The facility decorations and colors are a little strange. Besides that, I would highly recommend this to anyone in need of professional help.

One of the CBRS that specializes in PTSD who allegedly a Victim's Advocate is very unprofessional, unethical & unpleasant woman to work with. She tells lies that's totally unbelievable to which anybody with common sense can tell that she lies about stuff. She needs to be fired from her job because she is not to be trusted with her clients. The Pearl Health workers is not very professional with their clients. When an emergencies comes up they won't help you. Their Healthcare professionals are top notch and care deeply about their patients. But unfortunately, their reception staff are rude, communicate poorly with doctors and patients, and are very unprofessional all across the board. I've been a patient for a while and every month I have issues with reception. It is very frusterating and will eventually drive a good amount of patients to look elsewhere for their healthcare needs. I'm currently looking for other options right now because of a recent and particularly bad experience. This could easily be fixed with better training and the application of customer service skills

Extreamly bad front end. I talked to one person and she kept interrupting me then transferred me to a different person who basically wrote me off. Bad experience over the phone never made it to talk to a therapist. Needs to redo front to be more personable and not so rude people are coming to you for problems not to get more problems or treated badly. You might want to reconsider the people you have answering your phones for people that are compationate and actually care about their job. Because if this was a different situation it could have been a lot worse and maybe the person calling would not have gotten the help that they needed.

I was previously dealing with another provider for my 6 year old. They were so inconsistent and their office staff was unreliable at best. Dr Steorts at IF Peds gave these guys a raving review, so I figured I would give them a try. They have been absolutely amazing. There were a couple bumps in the start with scheduling but they are super busy, and Lydia in the office was amazing at getting everything resolved for us. We met with Colin Waters for the first time today and my kid really liked him. His playroom was clean and organized, and brightly lit. She was so comfortable and let really excited to come back. As far as scheduling goes, most offices in Idaho Falls are heavily booked for kids- and that's a good thing. More and more kids are getting the help they need. This office is huge and they are trying their best to take care of as many patients as possible. I see some growing pains but I think everything will be sorted out. Clean office, clean "unplugged" waiting room, kind staff, organized office, and clean restrooms. 5 stars.

4 stars cause this is a great place, the only reason I am not giving 5 stars cause how old the furniture is, yes they are in the process of up dating everything. And just walking the halls its crazy how much stuff to look at {good and bad}

My worst complaint is that I sometimes wait around 30 min to see my Doctor. But that is overshadowed by the care I have been given and continue to get from Pearl Health Clinic. The combination of therapy and pharmaceuticals have gone a long way in helping treat my mental illness.

I have have had negative experiences with others psychiatric providers in the area- if you need help, Pearl Health does a very good job meeting your needs. They take time to address you as a patient and actually listen- sometimes this leaves me waiting for longer than normal but it is worth the wait. If you are interested in quick visits where people don’t listen to you then there are plenty of places like that around. But if you need to feel understood before being treated, then go to Pearl.

I only had the chance to work there for 2 and half days. The person who was training me was so UNPROFESSIONAL AND VERY RUDE. I was so excited to start my new job, It's a shame. I didn't get one call from the management to find out why I left. I guess they just don't care. The only one who was nice to me was in the HR department.
