Best Service I have ever got. I greatly appreciate all the help we have received from this staff. The family clinic for check ups, a work physical, common cold, you name it. They handle the process smoothly and work with you. Courtesy calls, polite friendly, an appointment is seen on time! Truly out of all the years this is the first place I have been to that it was a great experience. If you ever see a resume from someone who worked here; it would be tragic not to hire them. You will see an immediate improvement and professionalism mixed with compassion and understanding.

The front desk staff was friendly, informative, and made me feel comfortable from the first minute I walked through their door. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is struggling or in full blown crisis. They will take good care of you.

I came to this office because I thought Angela was the nurse practitioner I used to see and some of my family receives care from this office. I came to my appointment 15 minutes early to paperwork the receptionist was nice but didn’t say much so it’s hard to give an accurate judgment anyways the nurse Tracy I believe is her name was talking negatively about a patient calling her crazy & saying how she was a difficult patient and just seeks attention from men. Super uncool and unprofessional. Her bedside manner isnt all that great. Angela Hughes is very unprofessional. Her language was very unprofessional. Her room is set up more as a therapy room & her desk in the corner where she doesn’t move from to greet her patients. She isn’t is welcoming, she isn’t kind, if anything she’s there to judge you and tell you stories about her own life, her experiences, and that depression wasn’t a thing back in the day & a bunch of other bull. Also expresses a lot of dislike towards her workers and patients, there was a young lady that came in during our session from the juvinielle detention center & she expressed her irritation to meet with her. Why are you even in the medical field if you don’t care about your patients? So if your cool with someone down playing mental illness and the way you feel. Angela is perfect. Also Tracy gave me a call & was very unprofessional & snotty when I called back. I won’t be returning to this office & I will be making a formal complaint.

I've never received mental health services before, but as far as I'm concerned...everything about this place is 5 star. At every level these people bent over backwards trying to help me through my more difficult times. It's obvious that the people who are disgruntled about the services, are just looking for the answers they want to hear...not necessarily the answers that will help them.l

The clinician was excellent. However, front desk staff represented and reassured me that my insurance was in network which would have only been a $10 co-pay for each visit. Well, I trusted them. Now, they are trying to stick my minor child with a $500 bill. I have good insurance and would not have agreed to pay out of network costs to this place. After the fact, they admitted their mistake and that their was small loophole that threw my particular insurance out of their network. But, their attitude is that I am stuck with the entire bill because I should not have taken their word for it and should have double checked with my insurance.

The office staff is not to bad, The Case Management, CBRS personnel are ok, the counselor closest to the director how ever recommended that I stay in a non physically abusive situation for the stability of my children.

I don't encourage or recommend All Seasons to anyone who is looking for good mental health services. My experience was horrible as was the treatment I received. Laws were broken and covered; people suffered including myself. If your looking for healthy recovery and not talked about in a negative manner this clinic isn't for you. Be cautious.

I wouldn't even give one star but they don't have a 0 or negative rating Angela was my Dr for about 5yrs she was wonderful always listened to me helped me get the help I need they have had a bunch of different woman that worked up front and one in particular Jessica is the most snobby ingorant person I've ever dealt with Angela was wrongly fired but back to the b... Jessica I was just in there about 2wks ago and Dr Doug is another one who's unperfesionnal and a lier they tried to accuse me of stealing a radio from the office when they don't even have one that place is all bad stay away from there they need to be sued and shut down
