Great Doctor, really listens to what you have to say. I was finally after all these years of different Doctors diagnosed correctly thanks to Dr. Tiwari.

The doctor listens to you and understands where you are coming from and gives great advice. On the other hand they no longer gives away free parking you have to pay at least 8 bucks to park. He will only validate 30 minutes. Now within the 30 minutes you are still checking in. You can wait up to an hour to an hour and a half for your appointment then he will talk to you for about an hour. There you go you just spend your 8 bucks in parking . You can pay him the money and he will give you 1.50 dollars off parking You have to cancel your appointment 3 days ahead of time. My question is what if you wake up sick that day do you go to the office sick and get everyone else sick. If you do cancel you get a 75 dollar fee if it is not in the 3 days. They no longer call you 3 days ahead of time to remind you of your appointment they call you the day before. They say if you want to cancel please call right away. However, that is a trap if you do call you get that 75 dollar fee added on.

I would have to say that Dr Tiwari is one of the most patient and kind doctprs EVER!!!!!! I am a hilo patient of his and i kept calling and leaving messages for just a 9 day suppliy of meds until i see him next, which is Dec 3,2015.. I admit that Iwas being a MAJOR PEST!!!!!!!! Dr. called me this morning to let me know that my prescription was called in. I apologized for being a pest and thanked him for his patience. HE IS THE BEST DOCTOR IVE EVER!!!!

I've seen Dr Tiwari for years ... after yrs of misdiagnosis or plain misundersood the common practice 15 - 20 yrs ago was MEDICATE! Dr. Tiwari establishes trust, does not rush to conclusions - he truly listens he understands. Obviously busy most likely overworked he always maintains a sense of calm; mindful of you & your needs. I even took a family member in crisis ro him because I trust this Dr. 100% & do not casually turn those I cherish over to just anyone in the psych field. It's a two - way st though, if one is motivated to address mental health issues/needs then be prepared to be honest & candid. He is smart, savvy & by allowing his patients to empower themselves he should expect respect in return. The quality of my life improved 10 fold since walking thru his office door & his receptionist is delightful! aloha, linda shea

I found the doctor, patient and caring he listened and he just didn't talk over me he was paying attention Wow and his consultion and advice has changed my life :) If your looking for someone to see you as a person not just a client Dr. Piyush Tiwari is the best on this island in my opinion God bless you doctor how fortunate I am to have someone to talk to about my the problems of dealing with daily life, it's ups and downs and it's stagnation and fluidity

Fine doctor, he is very knowledgeable in his field, but regularly I must call back to get my prescriptions to the pharmacy, or I will be waiting far after my appointment time for my actual appointment. These appointments are made weeks or even months in advance, but it seems impossible for Mr. Tiwari to keep up with the timing of his own schedule. If you are strict on schedule, this doctor may not work for you. Otherwise, he is great. Small and clean waiting area with lovely receptionists.
